My LAST family dr was a nightmare. Just throwing pills at me. Dr Hanoosh has worked with me trying to figure out my rare auto immune disease and understands I do no want to take a bunch of meds for my issues. He talks everything through with me like a human being. He calls to check up and let me know what he has found. He has sent me to specialists and kept up with all of them back and forth. He is incredibly hands on in helping me. I'm so lucky to have found him. I feel very comfortable in his care and the ladies at the reception are always friendly and lovely too. This Dr told me I had to pay for my visit because I had my punched expired health card and the form from Service Canada stating I was waiting for new one. I could barely walk with pulled back muscles. I went outside to verify with Service Canada what the process was. They said he had to accept my documents. I tried to go back in and the doors were locked. THIS IS NOT GOOD PATIENT CARE. Learn the processes before you open a walk in clinic! !

We started seeing the doctor Sept.2020. We are seniors and seem to always fall through the cracks. Since we have been going to this doctor he has been amazing! Unfortunately we have had multiple medical problems and he sees us immediately or phones back right away if we need to talk to him. He is very caring and listens and remembers what you have to say. Wonderful! Another big thing for me is that you don't have to pay to park!

Dr. Sader Hanoosh is our family doctor and he is amazing, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. We feel comfortable every time we visit his office or talk to him about our medical matters. He cares about his patients and always tries to give them the best care available. He accepts walk-ins and has a lot of parking spots behind his office. This doctor has a strange new patient policy. He meets with patient...then requisitions records and decides if he will accept you or not. After 1 month of waiting and no call ...i called office to find out no he will not accept my brother as patient...no reason why...no information. I find this unbelievably unprofessional and not a true medical provider...
