Had a bad experience at first but they fixed everything and now everytbing is ok

I had an appointment scheduled for a specific date. The appointment was scheduled around a month in advance. I contacted the office about a 1 day before my appointment. Only to be told that my appointment was cancelled. So I questioned the secretary on the phone, her name is Louise, and asked how could the appointment be cancelled before the date I'm suppose to show up. As I was trying to seek answers, Louis Reid asked do I want an appointment or not? Which was very rude and started speaking over me as I asked questions for clarity and then ended the call. My experience was horrible!! I phoned back and she didnt answer. I tried back half hour later and requested to have an email address for Dr. Garcia and she went on to.say she will not give it to me because Dr. Garcia doesn't even know who I am.and doesn't need to hear from me so I will have to deal with her or no one else.
