I visit Royal Oak clinic for almost 8 years. It is true, that sometimes, their staff can be difficult to deal with, but they are trying. I am the patient of Dr. Makar. And she is the only reason I come back, even though we moved out from that area quite some time ago. Dr. Makar is knowledgeable, professional and authentic. I feel great care under her. I gave 5 stars to Dr. Makar.

Was in the pharmacy on April 6th, 2018 and saw a vitamin D bottle with an expiry date of November 2017. Told the pharmacist about it and gave her the bottle. Yesterday, a week later, I was there again only to see that they have put the same expired bottle for sale, again! The expiry date is in such small print that people with vision problems might not be able to read or notice. I don't think that the pharmacist/owner understood how serious it is to put back for sale a product already expired 5+ months ago.

My son, (now he is 18), is a patient of Dr. Skendaj and Dr. Makar. It happened that for the last 8 years, he has been lucky to be helped by these two wonderful doctors with his emergency and day to day visits. The relationship between a patient and a doctor must be based on trust, which gives rise to doctor's ethical responsibility to place patients' welfare above the doctor's own self-interest. Dr. Steve Choi is a very nice guy but beware: he will happily prescribe you outrageously priced creams conveniently sold by his clinic, no returns accepted of course.

The website, as well as the sign on the door says it's a walk-in clinic. When I arrived I was immediately turned away and told I don't have an appointment. Don't waste your time.

Dr Evis Skendaj is amazing with kids. She is patient, kind, and listens to you. She isn't afraid to not know everything and will research the correct information when necessary. She is usually running behind because of the time she gives to those who need it, but she is worth the wait. Her assistant is also very kind and thorough.

Imagine you are going to walk-in and you cant see your car once you return. Within 30min, West Towing company towed my car for no reason. I wont go to this clinic anymore. Walk in will lose a business because of West towing company for sure..

I never took the time to write a review, but the awful experience I had with this clinic necessitated that I do. I never got to see Dr Choi as the lady receptionist is extremely unprofessional. I have been following up with her about my referral for many weeks and the constant answer was “I am busy, can you call me next week!” Dr Choi I am sorry I didn’t have a chance to benefit from your medical expertise due to how poorly you clinic is front staffed. Your front staff conduct and treatment of your patients should be a reflection of your medical care. I will seek another referral where I can deal with a professional clinic that shows empathy and professional patient treatment.

Love love love dr.choi ! Very smart knows his stuff!!! I have suffered from adult acne n acne just in general all my life! I finally had enough n my family dr.was of no use did not understand my angst !!! Immediately he looked at me I told him I felt like a hopeless case !!!! He immediately didn't even question me like my family Dr.!!! He immediately started me on epirius .....three more months later I had the odd pimple !!!!! I was ecstatic!!! I didn't have to worry about washing my face every sec drinking tons n tons of water to have a semi normal looking face !!! He's continued me for another 3 my months n it's just getting better n better ty dr.choi!! You've been angel from. Heaven!!!! I must say although I'm so happy at the start it was a lil rough tbh for about a month I broke out like Craxyyyyyyy but he warned me of this ....but after a month I was already happy I'm finishing of the last couple months has supplied and supposedly it is permanent !!! N really no side effects at all other then the initail breakouts but even the scars have decreased n my skin is even more even n alot less scarred epirius has been my goodsent n dr.choi was the only one to "get it",! Once again ty dr.choi my life saver !! Know im.thinking of him giving me a gentle peel n my skin my actually be nearly perfect ,!!! Once again ty dr.choi my lifesaver ,!!!! Sincerely Lorne Mcray!!!!
