This place has been my health provider for 3 years. They helped me though my major chest surgery as a full team. Yes the wait times can linger, but I take that to mean that the doctors are taking their time to hear you and help you. No matter if it's the receptionist or the nurse practitioner or the resident the whole time is kind and helpful. Being seen their is worth the wait.

This health centre shows up on Google as a walk in but they only accept walk ins for patients of the clinic. Two stars because the receptionist was nice.

One star because I called with a question and after waiting on hold for 11 minutes, the lady, who did not identify herself, gave me a very flat answer and could not have cared less. She simply answered “Unfortunately, no,” in a monotone, non-caring voice. She did not offer any alternatives or ask any probing questions as to why I was calling. Anyway. Just a disappointing experience considering I was hoping to see someone at this clinic. I hate this province.

Our experience today with Duffus Health Centre was absolutely abysmal. My wife went into Capital Health for bloodwork. Duffus calls approximately 3 hrs later to inform my wife that her doctor "will discuss her test results" when she comes in for her appointment NEXT Friday. That's all. My issue with this? What sort of Mickey Mouse operation calls someone to essentially say "your doctor will discuss whatever the results are next week, until then, you'll just have to wonder and worry WTF was in the results". Now I ask you fine people, how bloody stupid is that?!? My wife is certainly intelligent enough to know that after she went in for blood work TODAY, that the results would certainly be discussed with her next WEEK when she went in for her appointment. WHY would some mindless drone in the Duffus Health Centre office feel the need to call her and start her wondering about whether or not there was something to be concerned about? That's like tuning in the weather forecast to hear Peter Coade say "we're going to have some weather in the forecast, but we can't tell you what it is, until you come by the studios". This sort of behavior is utterly incompetent and someone at Duffus (perhaps the whole crew) needs to give their heads a shake and THINK about what they're doing.

Wait times are horrible and sometimes the doctor will completely forget your appointment. I had a phone call appointment scheduled today and the doctor never called. Yesterday the receptionist called to remind me of the appointment but I think the doctor needed the reminder more than I did. This is a location that will penalize the patient for having a no-show but nothing happens if the doctor is a no-show.

I have nothing but good things to say about my family doctor at Duffus Health Centre as well as the fact they offer walk-ins for clinic patients and also have a nurse who can do small procedures and give vaccines. Wait times for walks can be long but that's just the reality of walkins in this province. I've dealt with a few other GPs at their walkin clinics and all have been professional and courteous.

Receptionist has always been pleasant. I have never had to wait long for my appointment with Dr. Woodbury (10 mins max) and Dr. Woodbury is the best doctor I have had. She takes time to listen to you, understand and come up with a plan. Overall great experience every time.

Walk in for their patients only. The front desk lady is dump as ****. She is always moody and has a loud voice. No privacy at all. U can’t be late 5 min or they will lecture you, however, they can let you stay 55 min even with appointment and you can’t say anything.

I called Duffus Health Centre and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with a person who identified herself as "office manager" Angela Smith I believe. She was very rude and the fact this person deals with the public is astonishing. I was so surprised at her insensitive, brash, crude, attitude., I was speechless. Pity her coworkers and anyone who comes in contact with her!!!!!

Doctor Gobran doesn't believe anxiety and depression are real conditions. Let that sink in. This means if you have actual medical issues that are seriously impacting your life, you will not get help from this doctor, i.e., the person that is expected to know about neurochemistry in order to do his job. His license should be revoked. I wish I could give 0 stars. Also his receptionist is seriously rude and has an attitude without any provocation. Sorry I interrupted your day with my need to get a prescription for my life threatening heart condition, but maybe your boss should call when he says he'll call. That's the whole thing about appointments, you're supposed to keep them.
