do not visit and if you are referred get a referral for a different place/doctor, they have no interest in helping anyone and dr. sadek has a big history of being very judgemental and dismissive to patients and their issues

Dr. Sadek is a nice man, but unfortunately, I do not think his approach as a practitioner is appropriate, or helpful. The office staff are nice, but they didn't put me in the system when they contacted me to book an appointment, so I showed up the date and time I was supposed to show up to find out I did not have a spot that day. Though they managed to squeeze me in. Just not well organized.

As for his skills as a Doctor, I acknowledge he's great with his patients, and knows how to handle children with ADHD and other. HOWEVER, I absolutely don't appreciate his lack of respect towards his patients' time. There's no point in scheduling a time with him, as the actual visit may vary depending on "his own pace" <-(Direct quote for his secretary) So if the patient has to work, or attend a meeting or other appointment, the patient can't schedule any other appointments within an hour or two of his schedule. Dr. Sadek needs to improve his services.

Phone is rarely answered by a live person. VM keeps saying that Dr. Sadek is in office taking appointments. I had to renew a much needed prescription, been calling them for 3 days now. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!!!!!!!

I've been waiting over a month for a referral letter. If it's not written, how will an accurate one be written a month later? Their voicemail has been full for at least 2 weeks, and they don't answer e-mails.

This review is for the Dr Sadek ( psychiatrist) . They were very unprofessional and have very unrealistic approach , i can never expect that from a psychiatrist.His approach was unprofessional and money minded. All he did was took mine and my family details and said i have mental issues since i was a kid and they are coming out now and referred me to his friend psychologist without even listening to me, never had me sign any documents before the appointments nor after. i would say if you are a patient please expect what you are going to get and avoid making an appointment , you will be better off waiting and seeing some one professional. i hardly write reviews but this one needs to be on so he do not follow this practice with any one else. i cant even rate him 1 star. SAD

I like Dr sadek he is very easy person to talk to and very understanding of the situation and he is very kind and respectful person that is willing to help you into your own success in your mental health care and he try to find a way to help all his Patients in the best way possible and he is amazing Psychiatrist he always shows happiness will doing his job. He is amazing person to talk to and very understanding. I don't rerely write reviews but Dr sadek really show me all the amazing effort that he has provided in his cinlic to be successful.

Living with a Vision

I was a patient of Dr. Sadaks from jan 2016- 17. I don't believe he realizes the damage he can cause. He was dismissive, rude and told me to my face I was obviously lieing about taking street drugs and not to come back. His actions caused severe ones from myself which he should have known would happen. He is lacking in compassion and empathy. I seriously hope he doesn't practice for much longer. If you are a female, please see someone else. You do not deserve someone who is rude, extremely hurtful and judgemental. I understand wanting to receive help, believe me. I get it. But you won't find that here. Dr Sadak does way more harm than good and I don't reccomend him to anyone

It's nearly impossible to get in touch with these people, not once in the year I've been going to this clinic has anyone answered the phone, that's over 30 phone calls at least. Emailing them is hardly better, I have been also ignored there. Not sure if they actually know what they're doing, the therapist I was signed up with was very unprofessional and always late to meetings which caused more stress when I am already in a stressful place. If you value your mental health, Do Not Go Here!!!!

Apparently no longer doing follow up appointments after prescribing medication, also no longer completed documents for mental health related absences from work, failed to inform me of this until I had already wasted my time waiting for an appointment and driving nearly an hour to get there despite my clearly and specifically informing the office as to why I needed the appointment. Also doctor often late to his own appointments.

There is so much I could say but I’ll just say these things. ; this is ridiculous a super unprofessional establishment and uncomfortable environment. Went to get started on treatment for Agoraphobia but instead had me do a 1 hour long ADHD test I ALREADY HAVE ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and already worked through it for years with my doctor growing up. Agoraphobia is a form of anxiety disorder that limits me to leaving my house at all without severe panic attacks WHICH ADHD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANXIETY DISORDERS OR AGORAPHOBIA…. The receptionist is super weird and uncomfortable and completely unprofessional who just stood there and stared at my mother as if she was stupid and made us completely uncomfortable to the point I felt like crying. Will never go back there that’s for sure. Wast of time and effort.

I have left so many voicemails and have not received any call backs I've been trying to book an appointment for months now. If you get referred here you're better off asking to be transferred to another office. These people clearly have no interest in helping you.

I like dr sadek but ive been leaving messages on the receptionists phone and i still have not recieved anything back. Ive been in contact two times with them and thats why they got two stars. i need to hear back from them i left a message today and ill let this page board know if i got one back. But its been months since ive been trying to get that 3 week check in and i feel like im not gojng to recieve word. Luckily i have a dr that i check in with otherwise id be out of prescriptions that i need to be weined off of. So be aware of this issue when taking medication prescriptions of drugs that you cant just suddenly stop. Very unproffesional obut otherwise good.

This office has not a clue! I have had paper work faxed to unknown people. They do not return your messages! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE ! Should not be working with mental health clients! This office is unprofessional in many ways ! My next step is a antorny!

You don't get seen till an hour after your appointment, and when you do finally get in and talk to the doctor he's dismissive and doesn't really want to hear what you say. Was more concerned with the way I dress, how many siblings, and about my son than whats actually going on inside of my head. I was told to simply try to fit in and be normal. Asked why I dress the way I do when told it makes me feel happy and safe I'm told to try and be more normal to try and fit in. Sadek was very judgemental and dismissive. I honestly left feeling worse than before I went in. Given more questions, less answers. You are honestly better off getting a referral to completely different doctor. Since he had not a single answer for any of my questions I just requested to see a different doctor even though he felt it unnecessary. I left in tears. I went there to be heard, not dismissed and talked over.

Dr. Roy is a very good doctor, he can normally book you in on a timely manner. However, it is near impossible to try and get an appointment. The receptionist barely ever answer the phones, they do not call back when you leave a voice mail, if they do finally answer after you call 5 times, they’re not friendly and want to get you off the phone as quick as they can. Dr, Roy is a great doctor with a lot of potential but his receptionist make it very hard to want to book in with him.

Literally the worst receptionist on earth. Not sure if Dr Roy realizes how sabotaged he's being. As everyone complained, you never get your call returned. It's impossible to book an appointment. I plan on telling Dr Roy this if I ever get to see him before I die.

If I could give less than one star I would. When my last psych doctor retired, I was referred to Dr. Sadek to prescribe ADHD medication. When I showed up to Dr. Sadek (after already being diagnosed with ADHD), I went through all testing again, and answered questions in a book. He also diagnosed me with anxiety (an issue I did not go in with, and was not seeking his council on) and prescribed me an anxiety medication. When I returned to his office, I told him I was uncomfortable taking an anxiety medication (he also told me nothing about the medication, side effects, etc) and he freaked out at me, and told me to get out of his office, and that I disrespected him by not taking the prescription. With no other doctors available to prescribe this medication long term, I pleaded with him to continue seeing me for ADHD. It's disappointing there are so few health professionals to support folks with ADHD, and that he is one of the few options available. With this many negative reviews on Google and rateMD, take that as your red flag...

Dr. Sadek is useless. Has no ability to understand mental health or the behaviours it creates. Has zero empathy, and from what I can tell only persribes medication to get you out of his office. Jan Evans however, is fabulous for behavioural cognitive therapy.

Doctor Roy is amazing, however, I've tried to get in contact with the receptionists to schedule an appointment for a prescription refill for 3 weeks. I'm going to run out, and this happens everything I need a refill. Simply unacceptable.
