She is very unprofessional. When a patient tries to call In to seek her medical advice and she turns you down to be a patient I think her medical license should be took because you should not turn away nobody who wants help.

Ive been going here a couple years,sometimes i do wait long but its worth the wait,and only see her for 15 minutes,which is perfect as i just need my meds,i have nothing to talk about,staff is very busy but very nice.

I was looking up this doctor's name and I wasn't going to leave a review because my picture is on my profile but I dont care. I was referred to her after my mother passed away in 2010 by another Doctor. Not only did she lack empathy or offer solutions, she didn't even allow me to talk about what was going on in my life at the time. The only thing she seemed to offer was a prescription for a high daily dosage of alprazolam and other cocktail mixtures of prescriptions. I needed help, not highly addictive prescriptions. Not only should her medical license be revoked but she should also be investigated.

Called to setup a appointment and was put on hold for over 15 minutes...what a way to run you're office...sad...better help would be a good start

Worst dr ive ever seen..very rude not understanding at all doesnt write all her noyes down tells you 1 thing then says she didnt say to do that..worst dr to have if you are going through mental issues she will make it worse

I saw Dr Rajendra while hospitalized at BryLin Psychiatric facilities. This woman was rude, pushy and lacked empathy to the point that it was absurd. I have my doubts that she even read my chart, as she continued day after day to try to push antidepressants on me. Had she paid any attention she would have seen that, in the 21 years that I’ve been dealing with my mental illness, antidepressants have only made my bipolar disorder worse. She would not take no for an answer. Perhaps she treats her outpatients better but I personally found her behavior to be unacceptable, especially in a hospital where patients are dealing with acute issues. If I thought that this woman was going to be my permanent psychiatrist, that she was my hope for recovery, I would have left the hospital and killed myself. I would not let her treat my dog.

If I could give her zero stars I would. Every time I have an appointment I have to wait nearly 2 hours for my 15min appointment, and she’s constantly canceling and rescheduling her appointments to the point where I’ve only seen her 3 or 4 times in the past year (aside from one video appointment during quarantine). But her scheduling issues aren’t even the worst part. She doesn’t listen when you tell her a prescription isn’t working out and that you don’t like the side effects and she told me I had to keep taking this controlled substance just to “make sure I didn’t like it.” You have to call a separate med line to order your prescriptions and leave a message and the recording tells you it will be filled by the next business day. It has been two weeks and my prescriptions have not been filled despite me calling 3 times. When I tried to talk to the secretary about it she was also rude and kept interrupting me and telling me I just have to keep calling the med line. It is especially not healthy for me to suddenly be cut cold turkey from my medications as it causes severe withdrawals. I called the office again and spoke with the same secretary and told her I’ve called the med line multiple times and my prescriptions STILL had not been filled two weeks after my first attempt and she again told me that I had to keep calling the med line, but that she would take my name down and what I needed. I still have not received my prescriptions. I would rather not have a psychiatrist at all than to deal with her complete lack of care and total negligence in regard to her patients’ needs.

I think Dr Rajendran is a good, understanding doctor. There is always a wait in the waiting room, and the front desk staff/ scheduling could use some work. But I think she's worth the wait

every time i go here, my wait time is at least 1.5 hours. why can't this doctor find a better way to manage her schedule?
