I saw another lady, Kelly?, at this office. She had a wonderful, supportive, way about her and was the most experienced person I have met in CBT. I had been through the standard CBT program twice before with limited results. She was warm and caring and offered a program of CBT that helped me through a very difficult time of a severe anxiety disorder brought on by situational causes. She didn't simply follow the standard pages - she thinks outside the box. So there was dialogue about my specific situation. With medication and her help over a few months, I was able to return to work.

I HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES STILL NO RESPONSE I SENT EMAILS- NO RESPONSE FINALLY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE WHO SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK AND AFTER 3 DAYS STILL HAS NOT CALLED ME. FINALLY WENT TO THE STUPID PLACE AND STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES WITHOUT ANYONE ASKING IF I NEED ASSISTANCE. NO RECEPTIONIST OR EMPLOYEE TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING!!! VERY FRUSTRATING AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Susan is a wonderful therapist! 10/10 She has helped me with both my PTSD and heroin addiction. Susan also went the extra mile and coordinated with my case manager to have me sent to a 10 week inpatient treatment centre for both my issues. Thanks Susan!
