Had a appointment for 10:30am and sat in a small exam room till noon and still not seen by a DR so i left. Not a good medical office very slow and rude to make someone wait almost 2hrs and still not be seen by a DR. Go anywhere else but the summit healthplex for a general dr apt.

This office is hard to reach. When you do get an appointment plan to be their for at least 3 hour's minimum. They make you see several practitioner's before the actual doctor. Getting a referral is extremely difficult. I've left several messages without a return call. Not a good experience. Not recommend.

I saw the ENT there Dr P and had a hearing test. Everyone was professional and acted like regular human beings. I like that. I cant stand phony acting customer care. They made me feel like they had known me for a long time.

You will wait for hours to see someone for about 60 seconds and get rushed out. They will have no idea what your issues are because you see someone different on every visit.

Do not become a new patient! Dr. Burnett's office is terrible! First, you can't get through on the phone. I've seen many doctors and all are residents that can't make decisions on their own. Receptionists don't return calls when they say they will. You have to call them back and remember, it's hard to get them to answer phone

Today I called in Dr. Sathia Nathan’s office in family medicine to be seen about my asthma and allergies and was told THEY ARE NOT SEEING PATIENTS WITH COVID SYMPTOMS. They TURNED ME AWAY and told me to go to well now because they don’t have the proper PPE to see me. I have asthma—shortness of breath and a barely existent cough from my allergies, but no fever no sore throat or other symptoms. Unbelievably HARSH AND CARELESS!! I can’t believe I was turned away from medical care at a site that offers covid testing which I have been going for a long time. Absolutely horrific.

My problem is not with the place but with the "doctor", my husband had a painful hand and foot, he was diagnosed with arthritis and I was concerned about his health so I asked the doctor for blood work for my husband and he said my husband didn't need it! I lost count of how many years my husband had not been in a lab for blood work; thats the reason why I asked, one thing is for sure, if I could rate 0 star I would for doctor han,what kind of doc is that,last year when my husband went there,he left that place saying"I never Come back here again" Now after many many months later he received the script for blood work from the same doctor???? really, all this time?? Too late,he is going to see a real doctor somewhere else....

The reception desk is horrible. The rudest I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist basically argued back at me, so unprofessional. When I asked the girl her first name, she refused to give it to me. As I walked away I heard them laughing at me. I’ll follow up with Corporate Compliance. I’ll never go back.

I have been unable to contact them on the phone for over a year. Whenever I call and navigate the menu system (option 2, then 3) I get a busy signal. One day I tried every hour from 9am-4pm, it is ALWAYS busy. Complaints about this have fallen on deaf ears. It's really a shame as the resident program is great. The residents are always very attentive and provide excellent care. I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr.Michael Logsdon and Dr.Jeffrey Burnett almost killed me. I was on a few medicines for years, and he stopped them cold turkey, causing me to be hospitalized for 11 days. Please, if you have cancer, don't go here!! They will kill you!!!
