Our family joined this clinic in 2018 and have really enjoyed being patients here. We have a little one who can get appointments relatively easily and love having the option of after hours urgent care clinics every day.

This practice is completely useless. They switch doctors out like underwear. They don't answer their phones and their mailbox is full (amateur hour much?) The staff are rude when you can get in contact with them. They bill OHIP on a roster based system which means they are funded based on the number of patients they have registered, and not to actually treat or see patients. So that means that this practice actually doesn't make as much funding when they have to see patients. You can tell because if you manage to get through to them on the phone, you don't get an appointment for months. Stay away from this dumpster fire of a "health team". You will be better served by walk-in clinics.

When ever I call there never open or don’t answer the phone, then when I finally get to see the doctor he tells me not to go to a walk in clinic, call the after hours clinic an they will see you same day , I called the number An there not open even though it says open 7 days a week till 8 pm.
