After suffering with depression and anxiety for over 20 years, I finally got myself in to see Jay after the relationship I was in had fallen apart. During my first session with Jay I thought he was a bit of a weirdo, but then he dropped a truth bomb on me and I knew he was a great fit for me. After seeing him for a few months, I was able to get my head in better spot than it had been in a very long time (to the point where I felt foolish about not doing this sooner). He even helped fix my relationship (we're now married). I recommend Jay to everyone I talk to that is struggling and will continue to do so.
