Always late. Waited an hour for the doctor to see me. It is very hard to make an appointment. Took me 35 minutes to get a hold of someone. Student doctors always get the wrong diagnosis, always trying to put you in medication that you don't want to take because the symptoms are horrible.

They do not answer their phones so you have to drive there to ask a question. They have too many personnel changes and you can't get to know the staff or doctors to be able to feel comfortable. I have been waiting for 7 months to get tests done because of poor communication. Scripts were not filled out properly and tests were denied and no one was following up on anything. After a few months I called my insurance Co. And they said the scripts are now expired. I went into the office to find out what was going on, they said I should have made an appointment with my new Dr. Because the scripts are expired. I said I didn't know my Dr left!!!!??? How would I know this?? No one called me!!! I had my appointment with my new Dr and every one was apologizing about the mess up on my tests. When I was leaving they were giving ME THE SCRIPTS!!! I said NOOOO THEY HAVE TO BE APPROVED 1ST. This is what I have been waiting for the last 7 months. I really don't have faith or confidence that this will be done properly this time either!!!!

I called last Monday, they returned my phone call 5 days later on Friday after 3. So this Monday I decided to stay on hold so I can talk to someone, well I called at 10:45am it is now 1:30pm and I’m still on hold. I even had lunch with them cause they are closed from 12-1. I’m glad I had reading to do. I even used my cell phone now so I’m on hold on 2 phones. I am Very nice person and I’m trying to calm down cause I’m gonna walk in there. Only person I found nice was the nurse and my dr who is no longer there. Oh wait a minute their answering got to go it’s been 2:30 hrs.

Impossible to make an appointment at this location. Gave up after waiting on hold for an hour. I will be transferring to a different clinic.

I am very disappointed as the website states it is opens at 8:30am but no one is answering the phone. I call and the answering service says its closed, but continues to say that the office is open at 8:30am to 4pm Monday thru Thursday. It is 9/17/19 Tuesday the office should be open. I call several times and continue to get the same msg. I decide to speak with the operator of the answering service regarding my medical issue. She says that they are open that the phone lines are busy to wait a few minutes and call back. That is what I did 8 times, I finally called for the 9th time and I have been on hold for 45 minutes. I have finally given up on the call and most definitely on the clinic as a whole, which is sad because I hear from family and friends the doctors and nurses go above and beyond with there patients. Administrative team whats going on here?

Non-medical staff is surly to say the least. If you hate your job so much quit and stop tormenting yourself and us patients, please! Medical staff is marginally ok but lots of personnel changes happen.

While I understand student doctors need experience, I’ve had terrible experiences with student doctors who give wrong diagnosis. I do not want to be a guinea pig. Nurses station doesn’t take calls. You’re on the phone waiting for hours. Reception service is the worst in phone calls. I’ve had to go in to get paperwork b/c I waited 3 hours on the phone , or I don’t get a call back. Phone service is absolutely terrible and I’ve been told for months they’d hired new people and they haven’t. At times, depending on who is at reception, sometimes staff isn’t friendly. Reception and phone calls are at the forefront of a medical clinic and in saying so, means they represent how your experience will be at the clinic. When that department has inadequate service or they’re not being helped or aren’t hiring more staff, the clinic gets bad reviews. From the time a patient walks in, they should feel the patient matters. More people should be hired to help with phone calls so patients can be helped. Patients shouldn’t have to drive there just to get assistance or schedule appointment or simply get paperwork and clearances that are necessary for patients. Dr. Sparacino and Dr. Sozen are some of the best doctors I’ve seen. Aside from bad experiences with student doctors and terrible phone service, the doctors I’ve seen have been some of the best. They really care about their patients.PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF TO ANSWER CALLS!!!

Worst receptionist service ever,after being on hold for more than 25mins.they pick up phone and hang up on you with out talking,but doctors are very good.

Can't reach the office by phone because no one answers the lines. When directed to leave a message to get called back at a later time can not because the message box is full and seems to never be emptied or even used by personnel. Very poor management and patient experience with communication.

Poor expierence. Doctor never refills prescriptions on time. The receptionists will hang up on you if its their lunch. Only thing pleasent about my experience here was the nice nurse. Would NOT recommend receiving medical care here

Have been trying for 5 business days not including weekends to reach the office each time I call I received the recording that the message Box is full and they hang up I have tried calling the nurse's office as well as the reception to Noah vale Of course then it tells me to contact my primary physician which I've been trying to do because this is where my primary physician is located and still cannot do so I will be calling Buffalo medical group and setting up an appointment and switching all of my medical records to their because this is ridiculous.
