This place has really helped me. I came there in a really bad place, after many years of failed counseling and I really didn't think it could get better. They have a great psychiatrist on staff now, and if you end up not liking your therapist you can always request another, because trusting your therapist really is essential to the process.

This is NOT a good place for you if you care about your sanity and mental health. The first couple weeks, they will act like they care, and then after that, they show in multiple ways that they don't care one bit. They are horrible unorganized and everything is chaotic. You never know when things will happen or with who. They forget things repeatedly too. They make empty promises. Do yourself a favor, don't go there. Show yourself some respect. You are too good for this place.

Dr. Obot is an amazing individual.. a great listener and really does help your mind and soul, however the staff there is horrible as you will see others have also rated this place with one star... the staff is demanding and do not care about tour health. And don’t miss an appt because your in the hospital even if you have been going there for 15 years because your out of compliance ( thats all they ever say) even though you seen your doctor the week before. It was very difficult to be dismissed from such a great Doctor without him even knowing the situation because of someone in the staff ????????????????????

They don't seem to care about anyone but their office gossip. UPDATE, I've been waiting three weeks for the intake lady to call me "RIGHT AFTER HER 15 MINUTE BREAK" I've called SEVERAL Times "SORRY, We Will Call You RIGHT BACK" ..

I tried to set up an appointment with them. But they kept rescheduling me and rescheduling me. By the fifth time they rescheduled me I completely forgot. I got a phone call for them and they got an attitude with me because I forgot the appointment they kept rescheduling. If you ask my advice stay away from them. If you do go to them you have to have real patience.

After years of find terrible combative therapists and Psychatrists for my severe bipolar 1, i found this great place. Audrey is a great listener and councilor, Dr. Obot is great and so is Dr. Misir is very smart but not condescending.

This place don't care about any1 at all they will drop you and not care what kind of meds you are on and the entire office staff is rude and will give every patient they have an attitude find a different place to go if you actually Cate about your mental health

Since January they have been NEGLIGENT & won’t return my phone call or pharmacist’s call. I got blown off by the doctor on 2/1 I’ve left 4 messages including to the after call crisis line that I’ve been out of a medicine since January and they won’t call me back even. Only once when I called did I get to speak to a human being who put me through to the manager who hasn’t returned my call. It’s unacceptable to not help clients who have depression and have run out of antidepressants and to simply blow them off. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else! UPDATE: they don’t apparently know how to do insurance pre-authorizations either. A medicine I was on for a year co pay went up to $460 a month for 2021 (which I can’t afford) in addition to not returning my calls on this issue. Apparently all it took was a ten minute pre-authorization to the insurance company like my new clinic did and magic ???? the new co pay was $9.20 The fill in NP requested the manager call me ???? a month ago on the whole situation- I still never got a call. They are incompetent & lack basic mental health clinic skills.

Dr. Misir doesn't seem to care much about her patients, I have epilepsy and didn't like being told "I don't care about your seizures I'm not a nuerologist" when I was getting medication from Dr. Gross that was helping both my extreme anxiety and also my seizures as well.
