Dr. Caetano is a rarity in my experience with doctors, she's interested in her patients. She has a lovely calming bedside manner and she's gentle. She listens and doesn't rush you or look annoyed when you ask questions or complain. Aside from the reason I was seeing her it was a great experience.

Dr. Caetano is a very competent, understanding and compassionate physician. She was the one who diagnosed me that I had nasopharyngeal cancer 5 years ago. She referred me to Juravinski Cancer Centre and I’m happy that I am cancer free for 4 years now. Thanks Dr. Caetano

I have been having a difficult time breathing for the past 18 months. I was referred to Dr. Caetano and she was extremely pleasant and noted immediately that I had polyps in my nose. She is very competent and treated me with compassion. I’m having surgery and would highly recommend her to anyone needing her assistant. Thank you Dr Caetano.

Dr. Caetano has been so wonderful. She is going g to take my tonsils, adenoids out and fix my diviated septum so I can breath clearly. Going for a scope in her office in August and then surgery hopefully soon after that

I had nasal polyp surgery 3 times. No fault to Dr. Caetano on the return of these polyps. Very professional, courteous, and compassionate. I feel at ease in her care. The same can be said for her office staff that are very friendly and caring as well. Highly recommend Dr. Helen Caetano

She denied me a tonsillectomy. She pumped me with antibiotics for 9 months which messed up my digestive system and gave me oxy's twice. I begged her for a tonsillectomy on multiple occasions but her reason for not doing it was because "the healing process is very painful". Guess what, It's been 4 years and I still get tonsilitis. Thanks alot.

Dr. Caetano herself is a kind and efficient doctor. Her staff is another story. The receptionist was extremely ignorant and unprofessional to my 71 year old mother. Absolutely appalling to see an elder treated so awful. Hopefully karma will not come back on her when she is elderly.
