Disgusted this doctor is allowed to practice health care. Didn't care from the moment he stepped in the room, didn't share his name, didn't listen, didn't give enough attention to the reason of the visit, prescribed inappropriate, higher priced medicine that would actually have a negative effect, which he would know if he listened or took more than a second to look at the thing that needed to be treated. Didn't ask any questions relating to vaccine reaction. 20 minutes late to the appointment when there's signs saying "your appointment will be 10 minutes" posted all over the clinic. I've met a lot of doctors in my life. A vast majority being at walk-in clinics. Absolutely disgusting.

Walk-in Doctor was nice; unfortunately the front desk staff are not all on the same page regarding their office policies. I called in to scheduled a physical and I was told I had to make an appointment as they can only accommodate a certain amount of people per day. I informed them that I was a walk-in Patient without a family doctor at the time I made the appointment. I Took unpaid time off work to make one of the available spots and after I was arrived at the office I was told that they do not do physicals for walkins (non-patients), and suggested I find a family doctor. I understand their policy, but I was not informed any of this when I made my original appointment and taking unpaid time off work to find out that they will not be able to assist me; what a waste of my time.

It took me a bit to decide whether or not I wanted to write a review. However, I'm quite frustrated at the matter seeing as, the receptionist didn't think to offer that I speak to the office manager. On April 22nd, I called early morning at 10am to book an appointment for the day of to refill a prescription. The receptionist who was in that day offered me a time slot at 12:45am. I agreed and took the spot. I realized later that it conflicted with my schedule and called the office at 11 no one answered, I then called 30 mins afterwards, waited and 2 times after that. No one answered me and there was no voice mail to leave a message. I went into the office the next day to make an appointment, however, the receptionist there had left a note with a no-show fee. I tried to explain my situation with a receptionist there, and she said there is no way she can waive the fee. She said that there was no one in office during the times that I called because they would have been on lunch. Why was I booked for 12:45 during the lunch period and the receptionist DID NOT inform me that no one would be in the office during that time. Secondly, no one was there to answer my phone call. On your website it states that you have the 24hrs to cancel, I wasn't even given that option due to the lack of presence in the front end. On another note, I made the appointment the day of, how could I have given you the 24hr notice? It was completely unfair, and I wasn't even given the option to speak with the manager about the situation. I paid half the amount, which I feel I shouldn't have had to, just because I desperately needed a prescription refill. It's a shame, as I really like Dr. Feeney and I would have liked to continue seeing him for any other medical needs/concerns. I have been there a handful of times as I live nearby and I needed to find a medical clinic especially being new to the area and have never had a complaint until this.

Awesome Clinic, very responsive and polite receptionists and they always want to help you book your appointment in your convenience. Dr. Antonios is a true Doctor who is well experienced, caring, patient and analyzes your issues promptly and accurately , I highly recommend this Clinic, you won’t be upset or regretted. God bless every one

Dr Hay is an outstanding psychiatrist who's years of experience make him both effective and empathetic. If you are lucky enough to ever have been treated by this gentleman you will understand exactly what I am talking about. Ignore the negative reviews, give this man a chance and he will set you on the right path.

I called on a holiday to ask if they were open and they said they were. My wife went and they were closed, after wasting money on parking. Not cool, guys.

I’m so frustrated with this place. It is totally disorganized and unsafe in my opinion. As a new patient, I had my files sent over 5 months ago. They claimed they didn’t have them. After many calls back and forth to both offices (my previous doctor and this one), they finally found my files. Then when I saw the NP last month (4 months after I transferred to her care), she claimed they didn’t have my files. Of course this means she still hasn’t seen my files, so she knows nothing about me. On top of that, prescriptions that were supposed to be sent off, weren’t sent to the pharmacy. Then they got sent to the wrong pharmacy. Also my rheumatologist sent off a fax 3 months ago asking the NP for a referral and that still hasn’t been done. I do not feel safe at this clinic. I will be looking elsewhere.

Honestly this organisation Is a mess with these immature rebuttals to customer complaints online and it's a sign of my the absolutely non existent management skills here. They deleted my earlier review so I'm reposting this one.

Every time I make an appointment I usually have to wait for at least an hour to see the Dr. My Dr is only in during my work hours, so when I take time off in the middle of the day for the appointment and have to wait an hour I am usually late to a meeting. What's the point in making an appointment?

I have been to many clinics and Dr. Quigley is probably the best doctor in the lower mainland. He really cares. It's rare to find a good doctor like this. I highly recommend to see him.

I have seen many doctors and many places. Mostly it is always people that lost interest (if ever had any) in helping patient, they work very fast showing no interest in you whatsoever, prescribing right away antibiotics and "see you, good bye" service...Columbia Family Practice have "those" bad doctors, but I gotta tell you Dr. Stephanie Aung is absolutely THE BEST!!! She is the most sincere, carrying doctor, she will thoroughly check you and she is very delicate person. THE BEST!!! Ah and the receptionists are extremely friendly!!!

Worst experience ever!! I will never be back! Made an appointment to go in today at 11:35am to “meet & greet” Dr.Waterson who had registered me as her patient when she was in north Van. I had no idea she had moved and that I was not her patient anymore! Got an icy receptionist with an attitude who took my info. Waited 40 min, paid $4.50 for an hr of parking only to be told after waiting that long that “Dr.Waterson’s patients usually are EXPECTED to wait 30-60min”. What’s the point of having an appointment than??? I had to take my son to another appointment and so I couldn’t wait that long so I left WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE DR. I was told to make another appointment. Get real royal Columbian clinic....your dr isn’t exactly heaven sent for me to wait that long even with an “appointment” No thx!

Not had good experiences here. Most of the negative reviews here are spot on. We live within walking distance but prefer to drive to Uptown for a better experience, or worse yet don't go in at all. We've called the health authority about this clinic, but they said it's a private business and can't do anything about it. So it's buyer beware!

Daniel Polok

Staff were all very nice and Doctor listened to all my concerns which was a nice change of place from other clinics in new west. Overall amazing service and knowledge.

Anthony Zehr

Excellent spot if you need a walk in clinic. Receptionists are efficient and the doctors are excellent, friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Shout out to Dr Feeney for being a genuinely kind and easy to talk to human being. Bedside manner here is A++

I had a phone appointment with Dr.Antonious, and he is the worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. I called because I need a note for a leave of absence for my work, for at least 3 months, and all he would tell me is that he would only give me 3 weeks. He would not tell me why he could not give me any longer. There is no law stating he can't give me more time off. Work is debilitating to the point where I cannot eat because it makes me so nauseous. This is the most unhelpful clinic I have ever had the misfortune of attending. Now I will have to go to work and continue to lose weight and poasibly die because I physically can't eat. I do not ever reccomend this clinic to anyone who is actually looking for medical help. EDIT: The doctor has notes from two other visits I made to this office, which he clearly made no effort to read as he asked me how long I have been experiencing the symptoms, which are clearly stated on my patient file. The receptionist I called to make the appointment assured me of this, as I was worried he would not be able to see them. I know exactly how you give your drs note; you print off your recommendation onto a word document and print it off. While I did swear, I also apologized as I have seen 5 drs previously for help and I am at my limit in terms of pain and stress from trying to get a doctor to help me. He kept repeating that he couldn't give me more than 3 weeks at a time, even when I asked why he could not, as it is not against the law and he has my previous records of visits. He simply wants $60 every time I need a new Drs note, and does not want to help . I once again, do NOT reccomend this clinic if you want actual help.

I was going to this clinic almost weekly for about 4 months and I had just okay experiences. Front desk staff is friendly. I personally don’t like that they only see you for 10 minutes max even if you make an appointment- and even if you do book one, you still end up waiting at least 15 minutes. SOME doctors don’t seem like they care very much and rush you out. Good for small problems/sicknesses/medications - but be prepared to wait.

I'm updating my previous scathing review from a year ago. I've avoided going to this clinic because of my last horrible experience a year or so ago where, after standing around being completely ignored by the non-caring receptionist for about fifteen minutes, I was rudely told that it would be two to three hours before the doctor would see me. Well, it seems that those who run the clinic have taken some of these negative reviews very seriously because my experience the other day was the complete opposite of my previous experience. This time, there were two receptions working, both of whom were pleasant, polite, and professional. Although I was a walk-in and was preparing to wait two to three hours to see the next available doctor, imagine my surprise when I found myself in one of the doctor's offices barely five minutes after I arrived. Five minutes later the doctor (Dr. Ramesh Avanshi) not only treated my condition, but took the time to give me a short but thorough check-up to make sure nothing else was bothering me. I was so impressed that I asked him if he would become my new family doctor (my previous one had retired). Sadly, he said he was unable to. Regardless, I'm glad I gave the clinic another chance because now I would not hesitate to visit them again.

Christina W.

Love the doctors that work here. All of them seem to really be looking out for their patients. The reception may seem a little impatient with people but they do walk ins and theyre right next to the hospital so I give them a pass. Probably crazy busy for the clerical staff. They might keep you waiting but compared to the many other doctors that have kept me waiting HOURS, the 30 minutes is nothing.

Ryan Grant Beecher

Hours are not what they advertise. Don't waste your time. I have a very bad but that needed a look but I had to go to the emergency room after walking 45 minutes to get there.

Bee Medical

Ryan Field

There was literally a sermon playing on the TV, quite loudly, while we were waiting. Totally inappropriate for a medical clinic. Talk about preying on the sick. People are there to be medically treated with science, not to be preached at with fairy tales.

David Metcalfe

The doctors are overall quite pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff are horrid., and best avoided for extended periods where possible.

Angela Greaves

Every doctor here is a joy. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. They try to help as many people as they can in their emergencies and give everyone the attention they deserve. That means they can often run a little behind, but the trade-off is holistic, thorough, and appropriate care. They truly care about each of their patients, day in, day out. I've been going here for 3 years and have always left feeling reassured, understood, and knowledgeable of plans/care moving forward. If you have chronic illnesses, mental health issues or disabilities that require more than a detached "times up" DMV experience, this is the clinic for you.

Kim Boyce

Are they allergic to answering the phone? I’ve been calling since 10am - it’s now 2:30pm, it either gives me the busy signal or just rings and rings and rings and no one picks up. I’ve had so many bad experiences here, not with the doctors but with the front desk staff who are rude and unorganized.

Callen Poulin

Cannot recommend Dr Quigley Enough. Very attentive and helpful.

First Name Last Name

My experiences here were great so far. Fantastic booking, minimal wait, very friendly and knowledgeable nurses and Doctor. Thank you for your help! This clinic does tend to be very busy most days, but that can't be blamed on the staff.

Darren Monette

While Dr Waterston is pleasant enough the long wait times are beyond anything professional in any capacity. The idea that an 11 am virtual appt may be answered as long as 2.5 hours after that time is unacceptable. After calling the receptionist who has a history of snarky behaviour ( and has been told to the doctor a few times) to see when there appt may be taken care of as 82 year old ladies do have scheduled lunches we got a terse " well do you want to cancel the appointment!!!??" This after Mom being in hospital for two weeks...then waiting a week for appt to now reschedule and rethink drug prescriptions. I got hung up on when I said no..I just want the doctor to freaking call! *click * playing with peoples lives with attitude. Beyond unprofessional and doing a HUGE disservice to her bosses.

Eugene Kotlyarov

Receptionists are very quick and Drs Feeney and Quigley are friendly and knowledgeable

Freyja Elizabeth

Nancy Blatchford

Great experience. The wait was still pretty long but the receptionists were efficient and friendly, and Dr Feeney was attentive and kind. It was a convenient location and I would definately go there again if needed.

Jason

I think given the realities of the situation, this clinic does well. The doctor I see there is very good and I feel I’m well treated. Many of the complaints I see in other reviews are just the result of a system that is overburdened in general. The fact that everyone has to rely on walk-in clinics at all is another symptom of this. So while the experience here isn’t nearly at the level of private clinics like Copeman, the people here are doing quite an admirable job of coping with the overwhelming demand on them.

Stephen Lerch

On time, good service, competent doctor. I wish they would turn down the loud, obnoxious TV, but apparently it is white noise for customer privacy.

Jessica Kitagaki-Herrick

Have been helpful and friendly every time. When coming in for an appointment you are seen on time. Walk in cam.be a wait but they let you know when to come back so you don't have to sit there the whole time.

Yasin Rahyab

I went with my family and they were closed - but in the website there timing are not update.I wasted my time.

Staff are wonderful , professional. Dr.Waterson is very compassionate. Always up to date on modern procedures. The other Doctors are fantastic. Office is bright and cheery. Always fresh flowers on the desk.

Dr Hay is the kindest and best psychiatrist I've had, hands down. Super knowledgeable and constantly learning and adapting.

Was refused treatment by Doctor Quigley. I was charged $50 after missing a follow up appointment to do with my pregnancy, meanwhile they just booked me to have a surgery for my missed miscarriage. They knew I had a miscarriage but still charged me for a missed appointment on the day I was having a surgery to remove the un viable fetus. I paid $15 on the $50 fee and told them that I would not pay anymore. They were very rude and said that I should've called, meanwhile I was in surgery literally traumatized by my miscarriage. I am shocked by the treatment I have received by this walk in as well as disgusted at the fact that the doctor that informed me of my miscarriage (Dr.Quigley) refused to see me in the future. I have no idea what to do about this treatment but I in no way shape or form am happy about any of this. I am young (20) but that doesn't mean that you can get away with maltreatment without a complaint to the college of physicians and surgeons.

Very friendly and kind stuff. Doctor Shane Quigley is AMAZING and SUPPORTIVE Doctor. ❤ my kids are no more afraid of Doctors. He is very caring and educated. We know, he is always there for us and do maximum for us to be healthy.

If you are seeking employment avoid going here, the management staff is VERY unprofessional and has zero success with staffing and actually keeping there staff! Take your knowledge and practice elsewher!

Mediocre Experience. I have only visited this clinic once and will not return unless I have no other options. The medical office assistants were nice enough and I did not have to wait long as I went mid-day. I don't know which doctor I saw, he didn't even introduce himself. He was wearing jeans and sweatshirt, and was not very pleasant.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 8 years and the only reason that I continue to do so is because I cannot find another Dr. who is accepting new patients. After today's visit, I will no longer return. One month ago I booked an appointment, arrived on time, and waited 40 minutes until the Dr. saw me. (which is very typical here! expect to wait...) The Dr. saw me and told me that I would need to come back, as my procedure would require more than the allotted 10 minutes, and told me to book a follow up appointment. So 10 days ago, I called the clinic, advised the receptionist that I want to book a follow up appointment (exactly as the Dr. instructed), and made the appointment for today (which was the earliest appointment they had). After 30 minutes, the receptionist brought me into the exam room and asked what I was seeing the Dr. for. I advised her what I was here for, and then she left the room. She came back 5 minutes later and asked if I needed anything else from the Dr. I told her that no, I did not. Again, she left the room, and came back 5 minutes later to tell me that the Dr. could not see me today, as my procedure would take 20 minutes, and therefore more than the allotted 10 minutes. I told her that was unacceptable, that I had been waiting for 40 minutes, had made a follow up appointment just as the Dr. had instructed, only to be told to come back a 3rd time?? She said there was nothing that could be done, the Dr. would not see me today and I would have to book another appointment. I told her that I had done exactly as the Dr. had asked, to which she responded "Well, she should have told you to book a double appointment". How is it that because the Dr. failed to tell me this, that it's my fault and I have to come back a 3rd time?? I then asked to speak with the Dr. about this issue. I was told the Dr. would not speak with me (wow!), and was then criticized for not advising the receptionist about the exact reason for my appointment. I told her that the receptionist didn't ask me that question; however, had she done so, I would have gladly told her. I left the clinic, and returned moments later wanting to speak with the Office Manager. Strangely enough, I was informed that the receptionist, was also the Office Mgr... yeah right! I expressed my concerns to her once more; however, clearly it fell on deaf ears. She insisted that it was my fault for not advising the receptionist about the purpose of my visit. When I told her that I have nothing but problems with the clinic, she told me " Well, you have got to be the first to feel that way". Ha! Yeah right!! Look at the reviews on this clinic... I will not be back to this clinic if my life depends on it. It is poorly run, the Dr's are rude, every appointment that I have ever had has always, always been late, and it is clearly a business out to make money, not help patients with health concerns.

Jason Leopold

Secretaries do not know how to estimate wait times-after 1 hour still a 45 minute guestimation. Also they didn't let's know that the doctor was about to take a break. Also they should have referred me to the emergency across the street for my debilitating back pain-need x-ray. Emergency was alot quicker despite the wasted hour at the walk in clinic

E. DB

Dr Quigley is the best! Many years ago, I had a couple of bad W.I.C. visit experiences there with an older and quite rude Dr. from the Balkans, who was no friendly at all, but the new Doctors are amazing. It is easy and fast to book an appointment at this clinic. I highly recommend you to visit the young Irish doctors which are super nice. These new doctors take their time to attend you properly and are very polite and friendly!.

Alex Goldie

I am getting really tired of educating doctors here about queer issues.

My family has been coming to this clinic for 12 years and, although sometimes the waits were long and the clinic sometimes closed an hour or so earlier than posted, we've always had good service here. The doctors changed through the years but they were all fine and very helpful. It was a place we could rely on in an emergency. Not so anymore. About a year ago this clinic moved into a larger office space where, I was told, they'd "have room for more doctors so the wait times would be shorter". So far that hasn't played out. The waits are longer, there's often only one doctor on call, and, whle the sign on the sidewalk clearly says the hours are "9am - 7pm and walk-ins are welcome" the real hours are more random than ever. And the reception staff has changed for the worse. Yesterday, I called the clinic at 11:20 and was told they only had one doctor on and one appointment left, for 4:30, which would be taken up by the next person to walk in, "probably in the next 2 minutes". I asked if I could book that appointment since I'd be coming from downtown and the skytrain takes 30 minutes and the girl said no, it was first come first serve. Maybe I should have expected that since both my husband and daughter had issues here in the last few months; my daughter actually made an appointment weeks in advance and when she got to the clinic on the day of her appointment the place was closed for the day. No one had called her to cancel. Yesterday, the girl I spoke with was rude, smug, and had her back up from the minute she answered the phone. I guess they have to deal with a lot of upset people. After she told me they'd be fully booked for the day within the next few minutes of my call, I asked her why their sign says the hours are from 9 to 7 if they actually stop effectively helping people at 4:30 and she said "I don't have to be talked to that way". I was totally taken back by that. It was like a scene in some weird satire. Maybe there was frustration in my voice but I certainly wasn't abusive or rude in any way. I'd just asked the question. I told her that however she thought I was talking to her I'd still like to know why they misrepresent their hours and was told "that's the way it is, if you don't like it, go elsewhere". Not the best attitude for someone who's in the business of helping people to take. That's probably the worst part of it . I can understand if the clinic is having trouble getting doctors in. I get that one doctor can't be expected to work non-stop for 10 hours. But the insolence of the reception staff toward people who are sick and need some compassion is unacceptable. Fortunately, there are several other clinics in the area with better service and friendlier staff so my family and I will follow the suggestion and go elsewhere.

Lydia du Bois

Dr Waterson takes a very thorough approach to complex health problems and comprehensive patient care. She is familiar with the most recent medical guidelines and research. She has also made me feel welcome and taken my symptoms seriously. Family doctors who are so well informed and skilled, who are warm and compassionate, and who take the time to remain up to date on scientific and social-science research are rare. The front desk staff at Columbia Family Practice have also been very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the whole team.

Sarah

Dr. Doan is amazing, caring, and kind. I highly recommend him as a doctor. He’s very thorough and cares deeply for his patients.

Paul Cole

The doctor i saw in this clinic was absent minded and she was also scary - honestly i thought she was about to go postal on me when my cell phone rang. - and then left without telling me what was supposed to happen .. i got my prescription renewed but it was incorrect and i'm not interested in going back to them as the front desk was equally disorganized but obviously because of the lack of communication not he staff part.. :( not going back unless i am desperate

J B

Both the receptionists and the Doctors are amazing! I always recommend this clinic to family and friends. By far the best walk-in clinic around!

Wendy Poot

Dr Waterson is a great doctor. You don't feel rushed and she listens. Usually on time

Bill Z

Terrible receptionist on the phone. Either the lady was having a bad Monday morning or she is underpaid. I called to book a new patient appointment and was cut off, told no appointments for new patients. I called later wanting to check the schedule for a specific doctor from their website and was told (by the same lady) the doctor was no longer with them. That makes it easy for me not try this clinic ever again then.

Navneet Hans Al-Ashkar

I've had two appointments here so far. The first was with Dr. Quigly, who was lovely and took his time to help me. The second was with a female doctor. My appointment was at 1 and she kept me waiting for half an hour as she ate her lunch. I asked the receptionist twice to let her know that I was waiting and I would miss my bus. I am angry and disappointed at the lack of care from this doctor.

I guess we cannot send you feedback via your website. So I have no choice but to review. May 8th, went in for COVID test. My test didn't go well, I had major inflammation in my nose so your doctor had to do 2 test. Gave me antibiotics as I had at the very least pneumonia The clinic was efficient but doctor and nurses were not at all serious, just performing tests after test. Results came back negative & was told to stay home on the phone. I barely got better and kept on having re occuring lung episodes.2 weeks after antibiotics I went to the hospital to be told that I should have had multiple test. Why did you not inform me that I should come back? That this test may not have been accurate? You should have given more information & follow up better. I have been sick like I never have been, the follow up from your team was very little. & Some of us are very sick.

Private Person

This clinic is fantastic, the doctors actually spend time with you helping you with your problems, whether they be physical or mental, that is why they are so busy because it is a great place to get health care...notice the people who complain make spelling mistakes, have poor grammar and are not complaining about the doctors, so please don't take their remarks seriously. Every busy clinic will have wait times, and sometimes they are longer than expected, but it is worth the care that these doctors provide.

Caitlan Gray

I set up a telehealth appointment with Melanie Allen who herself is perfectly lovely. However the call was late, and from a private number. I missed the call. Only one dial attempt was made even though the call did not occur at the time scheduled. And now I am being billed for missing a phone call as if I missed an in person appointment? Despite calling back within ten minutes? Despite the fact I used at most 30 seconds of a nurse practitioners time, without involving the clinic whatsoever? RIDICULOUS business practices at this clinic. I have no problem with any of the doctors or medical practitioners at this clinic but the clinic itself? 0 stars.

Tazmin Shariff

I find most walk-in clinics are a 'hit or miss'. Perhaps you see the most competent doctor, or one who's having a bad day, or you happen to hit the clinic at the same time as 20 other people in the area. My experience here has always been extraordinary: Drs, receptionists and manager. I try to avoid dropping in. But you can call and get an appointment the same day and that makes for a superior experience overall as the clinic has planned for it.

Alysha Godlien

-Called in from work at 9:40am to see if It was an open walk-in clinic -Receptionist was rude on the phone saying yes we are a walk in and you cant get an appointment because its first come first serve.. -Arrived at the clinic at 10:10 am , walked up and said i was there for "walk - in " and she had said I just missed the last slot, and i could come back in the afternoon(2:45) - I asked her why she didn't tell me this as I had just called, she just looked at me with her eyebrows raised and didn't apologize. -I said this is ridiculous and I will to another clinic, not 1 of the 4 girls at the front desk apologized or said anything so I walked out.

antonia hades

First Walk-in for me, I was a little bit afraid because I don't know anything about your canadian health system as a german. But the personal was very obliging and before I could say what's my problem - it was like they already knew and gave me the suitable doctor for my problem. Really recommend this clinic and also good for the impatient people in a rush!

Jordan Archie-Grahn

Go somewhere else, good-luck even phoning in. Regardless of how busy they are you will be immediately put on hold for an indefinite amount of time. Called in 5+ times over the past few days each answered immediately with a “One moment” waited 15+ minutes and called back — same thing.

Dave Huebert

Absolutely terrible experience... I have not been that angry in awhile. The NP was 40 minutes late with no good excuse except to say she forgot about my appointment... which was the perfect indication of how I was valued as a patient. And then she blew me off with 5 minutes of trivialities, obviously totally unprepared and completely ignoring the health issues that brought me there in the first place. And this was not the first negative experience I have had at this clinic... the staff are unbelievable and I don't know how they stay in business. I will not return... zero stars.

Hana One

Do not go. Cant believe the experience here.

Quinn Wheat

Fractured my shoulder rock climbing (pretty minor) and went here since I couldn't get an appointment short notice with my regular doctor. I was examined and although unsure initially if there was a break I was referred for an x-ray to be safe. Follow-up was next day and while luckily no treatment is necessary, just rest, I was referred to an orthopedic surgeon for further follow-up to ensure proper healing. Very thorough and helpful. Great experience!

Alex Yang

Terrible medical office. The receptionist is rude and clueless. Was seen by dr. Waterson. She is a friendly and nice doctor but her medical knowledge isn't that good. Also, wait time with an appointment is about forthy minutes to an hour.

Mashira Khan

I didn’t satisfy with service at all. They are not understanding the situation of other person.

Jadi Jad

I like this place, I don't know why people complain after they miss their appointment, they put signs everywhere that missed appointment fees is $50 and for spesilast I think $80

Due to the fact that it's a walk in, the place gets very busy, very quickly basically every day. The receptionists are very friendly, and efficient. Dr. Quigley is amazing. I've had bad experiences with male doctors in the past, but he was incredibly helpful, attentive, listened to all my concerns and asked great follow up questions. He was patient, and kind, and casual enough to crack a few jokes with me but also extremely professional and respectful. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Very helpful kind staff!

I received no copy of appointment summary over email. Neurologist didn't receive fax of the referral. I'm calling so my referral can be faxed. No response to calls. I just need some to answer and give me an update on faxing referral. And there is no other contact info than a number, I mean no email address.

The worst. So easy to make ur money.

*****$60.00 charge for a medical note***** I am not one for negative reviews, but this must be shared so people understand before choosing this walk in clinic. Be forewarned, this office does not post their fees and charges $60 for a doctor's note. Same disappointing experience as others have mentioned with Dr.Antonious. Went in with a concussion from an assault and specifically said I needed detailed information for a police report. The Dr. continued to ask me what to write in the note ( I am not the Doctor performing the diagnosis) and then puts down two minimal lines. Barely writes any details in my health file. I am then charged $60 for a doctors note. I was polite throughout the experience, but I can understand the frustration from other people that have been shared in these reviews. Might be a good place to go if you have a cold, but if you require proper documentation/treatment plan for something more serious and you don't have a family doctor, be aware.

I must say it's always a pleasure coming to the office. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Dr. Elzein is wonderful always has time to answer any questions. They are diligent with sending requisitions when requested and following up with next appointment details.

I've always had a fine experience going here. My doctor is great, the reception staff have been pleasant. Today I went in firs trying, exhausted with a very sick little one. The staff was phenomenal. Let me tell you as a worried mother who hasn't slept all nice with a tired sick baby on her hip, the extra bit means the world to me.

Tried calling 3 times. They kept putting me on hold after waiting for ages to get through then hanging up after me being on hold for 10+ Minutes. Why is it walk-in clinics appear totally unable to handle human beings when that is the core requisite of the job? Also, the responses to other reviews in this Google Reviews section is highly questionable from an ethical business perspective. Calling out people in all caps while praising your doctors when all they are doing is flagging to people that your facility charges inappropriate fees i don't see as a particularly encouraging indicator of business practice, which was proven right when i was hung up on multiple times today.

My fiance had an identical issue as a commenter below. I would like to start out by saying the Dr and NP we have seen at the clinic have been very helpful. My fiance recieved a phone call from an anonymous number, later than her scheduled appointment was supposed to take place. She was at work at the time and missed the phone call. She then realized who was calling and tried calling the clinic back within 1 minute. She made multiple attempts to call the clinic back, but had to get back to work. The clinic is now denying her service until she pays an 80$+ no show fee, although she made an effort to call the clinic back multiple times after missing the original call. The clinic manager/owner basically said too bad so sad, that's our policy and if you miss the phone call from an anonymous number, then that's on you. I totally understand why no show fees exist, but this is taking advantage of a patient. The owner and front staff are incompetent and whenever you call there you end up on hold for 10+ minutes or they "accidentally" hang up on you..I asked the owner what patients should do if they miss the call but try to call back right away, she then responded by saying people just keep trying until they get through, which is what my fiance did with no luck....bizarre patient service to say the least

I went to this clinic with my friend who needed to see a doctor and honestly after reading these poor reviews I will have to disagree with them. We went in as walk in and did wait for a bit but thats how it is at every walk in clinic. People can't just expect to be seen right away. All these bitter reviews are written by rude people that expect everything done for them right away if it is a walk in clinic it is first come first serve just like at every other clinic, you can't expect to reserve a spot over the phone.

dr.hay was lots of help thanks again!

Jeevan Jot

Scheduled appointment with the doctor twice. She never called. Tried calling the clinic and they never answered the phone. Is this something kind of joke? If you are not willing to help the patient then let them know. They can find another doctor instead wasting their time.

Made my girlfriend and I wait 30 mins just to tell us they cant fill out a doctors note because i don't have "history" with them...I asked what exactly constitutes "history" and she said " I unno".. I asked 3,4 visits? she wouldn't even give me an answer, mind you this was all coming from the front desk lady, I didn't even get to see the doctor.. terrible clinic everything about it >> the reviews on the doctors as well as the hours AND crappy service, just saying AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I learned :)

Kelly Birosh

I missed an appointment, they don't call to remind you which is fine as they are busy but where able to call me right after to tell me I missed it. I was told I could not see my doctor until I paid I would never intentionally miss an appointment. Nor do I regularly miss an appointment. Once before this.I have a brain injury and am on a disability $50 is a lot of money for me I just get by as it is.

Have been to this clinic three or four times over the last few years and have been very satisfied with my treatment both by the front desk personnel and the doctors. I was very impressed by the way the staff handled a very rude patient on one occasion.

Great clinic!!! Dr. Quigley is the best physician I've been to in Canada. A doctor who listens, takes time and cares for his patients

Paul Rai

Worst experience ever. Staff very rude, especially Belinda. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Doctors just want to write a prescription and send you on your way. Again, worst experience ever!

Rude Receptionist or MOA

Sharon Gilbert

I've been going to this clinic for 5-6 years every 3 months. I've never had to wait extremely long, particularly when I have a booked appointment, but even as a drop-in. I find the reception staff extremely competent and have always received accurate information. The doctors are amazing; I currently see Dr. Mehta and he's fabulous! He's knowledgeable, extremely kind and takes as much time as needed to understand what the health issues are before prescribing or referring to specialists. I used to see Dr, Beaulieu, I thought she was great! Very respectful and took the time to explain things. In fact, I find all of the doctors that I've seen at this clinic to be great! So, while I can't speak for others experiences, the complainers might be the problem, not the clinic staff.

Sheila Falconer

I'm very happy with the service at this clinic. Dr. Waterson is my doctor, and Dr. Avinashi is my mother's doctor (and she has seen Dr. Doorla a couple of times). I've been present in many of my mom's appointments at her request because she is elderly and hard of hearing, so I feel I can rate the quality of her doctors also). All three doctors are amazing, and from my experience I would recommend any of them. They are polite, patient, informative and kind. There's also a little place to get coffee in the building, and there's a pay parking lot just outside as well as a bus stop just past the parking lot.

Kaitlyn Baloney

I’m originally from maple ridge where wait times are usually 3 hours, here i’m never waiting more than an hour.

Luke richards

Very straight forward. Sat in the waiting room for 10 min then sat in the smaller waiting room for 10 min. The doctor was a young man, knew exactly what to do. No complaints in the slightest.

Jelena Denin Djurdjevic

The doctors at the clinic are not that bad, but the front desk personnel is the worst I have encountered in my life. 1. They always fail to inform you on time of your specialists appointment - it happened that they informed my husband of the MRI appointment two days after he had a scheduled appointment. Of course, everyone knows what the wait times are for the MRI. 2. They always miss to call you and inform you that your GP cancelled all his appointments for a day, including yours. 3. If you show your displeasure with their approach they behave as if you came there for them, and not if they are there for you. I am thinking that a good strike of all patients visiting the clinic is required to make them realize that it is us who are paying their salaries. So, if there was an option for 0 stars, I would award them 0. And of course, God forbid they spell your name properly... Very displeased ....

George Csizmar

Don't go here. The NP forgets everything at least once. I saw her twice then moved. Without advising me of a file transfer fee, they sent my file to my new doctor. They then called me with my bill for $65 for transferring the file. Terrible all around.

Overpriced doctors notes don't go here if you need notes off work due to a medical condition they will rip you off spent 140$ on 2 doctors notes

ray lau

Had to get a form filled out. They charge 3x more than other clinics. Totally not worth it, I didn't bother going to another clinic because it was late in the day. Lesson learned, call and find out before making an appointment. Total ripoff!

Aleksandar Savic

There was my family doctor Fenly and he was excellent, but when he stop working there they just told us we need to find new family doctor right immediately no transfer time, just like that which is unprofessional to us.

George Marku

Melissa Polo

Refused to see me at walk in for work related injury while my family doctor is on vacation, because they don't have a record of seeing me before. They do not want worksafe paperwork. Seems ethically wrong.

Lindsay S

I had the worst experience at this clinic. It seems that Dr Antonious must have gotten his medical degree out of a cereal box.

Veronique L

The receptionists are very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. I thought I should mention this.. Sadly too often we have to deal with very unfriendly people! Dr. Nguyen is a Big NO NO. Young and very condescending. I saw her twice and was very disappointed by her approach and expertise. She doesn't listen well, not genuine she made me feel very uncomfortable. Would definitely not go back to see her again.
