I came to them with genuine fear of my environment, proof of abuse, and just asked for help in transitioning to a new environment. They said they could not help in transitioning unless I had a diagnosed problem, or was in debt. So they gave me an 11 month waiting period for diagnosis, in that time they gave me 5 hours of counciling that essentially just told me to distract myself and ignore the physical and verbal attacks. Then at the end of those 11 months the doctor didnt show up to the appointment. The councilor said I was doing fine and didnt need any help.
