Liz is excellent. She has a naturally calming disposition which is so valuable when looking for the perfect stress relieving massage. Just being around her made me feel a sense of calm. I have had 2 massages, a Thai herbal massage and a foot massage. Both were very good. I will be returning for more work from her. I have seen many massage therapists, but she is the best! Super affordable and she offers everything you could possibly home for in a great massage experience. Thanks so much Liz!

I was recently in a car accident and decided to give this place a try in between RMT treatments from ICBC. So glad I did! Absolutely incredible. When I left the RMT I was in pain after and the next day, I was taking so many pain relievers so I could focus. My muscles were so tense I could barely lift my arms. I did the 2 hour Dream Thai Massage and I was not disappointed. She got right into the tissue and worked those knots out and I was limp by the end! Obviously one session for a car accident won't take away all the pain in 1 go, so I'm going back once a week! Such a lovely studio, lovely woman, excellent experience. Thank you so much xo

I went to see Liz a few days after being in a head on collision car accident. Bruised and sore I needed some serious self care! The treatment with Liz was fabulous! I felt completely relaxed and nurtured in her studio sanctuary. The hot herbal compress felt amasing with the massage. After the accident I wanted to try something different than a traditional massage as I was feeling quite tender. Liz used the perfect amount of pressure and supported my body to stretch and release tension. I would love to go again!

Every time at Lotus Thai Massage, I immediately felt more relaxed and very welcome. Liz, seems to me to be, a naturally kind person and it's great to be around someone like that. The room was very nice. Comfortable with the sound of running water to relax you more. Each session was great. Liz always seemed to have done new research on ways to treat particular aches or pains, such as sciatic, each session. She also offered a lot of info on which stretches to do on one's own to help one's self. The stretching Liz helped with always had me leaving feeling better than when I walked in.
