From Clay the owner and resident Kinisiologist to each and every coach: Kevin, Clay B., Cam, Karim. Not only do they ensure you get results, but they walk the walk, doing the same things you do and making sure you do them right. I went to Prime following an illness to get in shape fast for an important fitness test. The team there whipped me into shape and I ended up passing my test! The workouts are intense and the staff is so knowledgeable and kind which makes it a very positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone of any fitness level who wants to be a better athlete.
