This was my first time EVER getting a professional relaxation massage. I was nervous that I would not like it or that I would feel uncomfortable. Melanie was so professional, easy going and funny. She made me feel right at home. I absolutely loved it! I have been raving about her to all my friends! I didn't know what I was missing! This was terrible. I made a reservation a week ago. I even got an email about the appointment and a message the day of the appointment. However 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying that they're not taking new patients and saying they're cancelling my appointment. I was surprised and explained to the lady that I made an appointment through their website. I asked "was this a technical error?" The lady replied without a single remorse and said "not at all". I would've understood if they cancelled my appointment even a day before but just 20 minutes before is unbelieveable. They weren't even apologetic nor did they take responsibility for this.
