Amanda is THE BEST! I am so thankful that I found her here in Nanaimo. Amanda knows how to work through certain trigger points in areas I didn't even know needed some help. Her compassionate approach to providing services is wonderful and very welcoming. I always leave my massage apt's feeling relaxed. Thanks so much for existing and all the healing you provide, Amanda! :) For acupuncture, Krista is absolutely incredible. Krista is very present, warm, and takes time to listen to my concerns and give me specialized treatments that will help my specific symptoms. She has a solid holistic approach and makes sure you feel comfortable as well. I definitely recommend booking an apt with Krista, you will be thankful you did! :)

I have received so many treatments from a bunch of clinics wanting them to fix my chronic shoulder issue. However, no one has resolved my issue yet. Since I have seen Mandy, RMT, my shoulder has been significantly improved and I was able to almost fully recover from it. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. She professionally reasurred me saying I could eventually feel better so I was able to focus soley on my recovery without any doubt. I am so grateful for her to get me back to normal!
