Would encourage to contact by phone as emails can easily be redirected to junk or spam folders and may not be seen right away. Based on which location you are near and what issues you may be facing, you may have the option of seeing a registered therapist for $60 an hr or a trained practicum student for $30 an hr. Depending on their funding and your income, they may be able to lower this. Sessions are usually an hr bi-weekly, or could be weekly if they have the availability. They will try their best to work with your schedule. I've found my therapist to be excellent and very insightful. She's made a lot of really helpful onservations and suggestions, book recommendations, and will occasionally assign "homework" she thinks might be helpful. Would definitely recommend!

From what I understand they have something like 30 counsellors working for them, so obviously your mileage will vary based on your compatibility with your given therapist. That said, the therapist I've connected with through ICC has made the biggest effort out of anyone I've ever known to truly bring about my better, ideal life. More effort than even I was willing to put into it, at first. Truly a life-changing experience for me.

Too bad I have to give any stars at all!!!! Husband emailed for service. Was pleasantly surprised when someone emailed back right away with some appointment times. Should have known better...husband emailed back saying he would be interested and asked where to meet and...radio silence. Should have known better. Great job guys!!!
