Dana is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had plantar fasciitis about a year ago and within two appointments and with a great stretching program it felt better and has not returned! If you have never heard of athletic therapy, don't be scared off. You don't need to be a star athlete to get amazing help from Dana! She takes a great holistic approach to recovering. Instead of just focusing on the area of injury she looks at the whole body to see if there are other factors that may have an impact.
