Desperately need help on an absolutely ridiculous phone triage answering machine to the wait time once you are allowed to get through. No messages can be left. All to cancel an appointment. I’m sure many more appts would get booked and canceled effectively, making this office more successful if this was looked at. The design is a mess.

These people are ridiculous !!! I have an appointment tomorrow & I am desperately trying to call to figure out when it is. I can’t ever reach them & when I call within the hours to confirm my time I can’t get a hold of anyone & the line is constantly busy. This is TERRIBLE !
