Nice Dr but rude service from the young light browned hair girl at the desk....We came 10 mins early and a family came 30 mins late to their appointment and she put them in the office at our appointment time...we had to wait over 40 mins past our appointment time for this one family... no patients came in for the next 30 mins ..when we did go into the room ...we took less than 5 mins. I spoke to the girl again and told her what she did was wrong and she knew no patients would be in for the next 30 mins...told her that we took less than 5 mins and she made us wait over 40 mins and what she did was extremely rude. I told her she should of put us in at our appointment time and made the late family wait...she just looked at me and laughed ...beware ! Also while we were waiting another patient called saying they were going to be late and I over heard her say " how late do you think you will be...no problem see you when you get here! " So I am very sure those late patients will come in and go directly into the room and make those there in time for their appointments wait also. Will not go back again...will be notifying my family Dr of the poor service provided so he doesn't send others to this office. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else.
