Long ER wait, but it seems to be very speedy with tests and results. The staff are second to none. Always nice and caring. I have nothing bad to say about our Hospitals.

The ER is very racist. They are not scared to show it either . If I must go to the ER I wait as long as possible .when you finally get into triage iys a in and out thing . Then u go sit back down for hrs on end . All the while there are chest pains happening . When you are acually in front of a Dr the bedside manner is horrific. The 1st words out of docs mouth . " We don't give out narcotics here " when in clear your there for a non related issue . Don't get calls back from tests that were conducted , you're basically invisible.

Long wait at emergency (like everywhere else) but once your in. Nurses are really nice and most of the doctors as well.

Terrible service Don’t even care about patients Waited for 6 hrs still they said I have to wait there is few more patients who came before me they probably would have left already if you are lucky Is that how you care about your patients Is that the EMERGENCY department for? I couldn’t hold my pain anymore so I left You guys need better doctors who care about, who can take care of your patients Very disappointed

My husband just came out after 16 days of receiving the best of care. A BIG THANK YOU to Dr Praba and all the staff of 3rd East .He was admitted on boxing day , operated on the 28 th and received the best of care during these pandemic times and holidays. NO the family couldn't visit , and yes it was hard on all concerned but was also for the best .I raise my hat to all of you doctors and nurses. YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!

Spent 12 hours waiting to see a doctor (12:30-2:30am) Stuck me on a bed in the hallway. Doctor finally came and spent her time arguing with me about my visit. I couldn't speak freely because I was placed in the hallway. She gave me 2 days off ( the current day I wasted waiting, and the next day which I was still at the hospital) to hurry to get in to see my family doctor. Asked If I spoke to my family doctor....well, of course not it's another government holiday (Jan3rd) She should have known that to ask such a silly question. I have never felt so uncared for ...so forgotten and pushed right back out the door. I never want to visit my hospital again. Lack of bed side manners and ignorant physician. Shame on you!
