Avi is by far the best therapist/ trainer to get an athlete or anybody to get better physically and mentally. A health professional suggested I try going to Victory to get help for an issue that was getting worse, year after year. I booked an initial appointment with Blair Goodwin. Right away, I was thoroughly impressed since the entire length of the appointment was focussed on my needs and not divided between me and somebody else. Other clinics I had visited before would quickly assess me, give me a set of exercises and have somebody else show me how to correctly do the rep. At Victory, you are assured 1 on 1 assistance for the entire 60 min. Nobody is rushing and pressed for time to work with another client. So far, at every session, I get reassessed and heat packs get put on. Exercises are suggested and demonstrated - helpful modifications are given if necessary. After the exercises, I also got more specific attention as Blair tried to loosen up the muscles with massage and focus on some stress points. I have had immediate relief from the first visit to address my /hip/gluteal problem. The following times, I came back with a rotator cuff injury that needed attention as well. Ample time was given for both issues. Great customer care is a constant each time I visit. I will definitely be suggesting to people to check out Victory. Thank you, Blair. I really appreciate your professionalism and motivation to get people feeling better and stronger.

Went there for a meniscus tear and have been dealing with Blair. Hobbled into the place and now walking pretty normal after just three weeks. Blair really seems knowledgeable about this injury and has given me some great stretches and exercises to help (you got to do them though!) . They seem to go above and beyond here and are not as interested in "time" as other places. You go away feeling you got great value for what you paid. Also, you get one on one for the full time rather than being split up with multiple patients being worked on at the same time like in some other rehab facilities. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

I went to see Avi at Victory Therapy after suffering a major break requiring surgical repair in my right leg. As soon as the doctor removed the cast, I went to see Avi. He is very knowledgeable and began treatment with skill and care. I follow the exercise regime Avi sets out for me and along with his hands on therapeutic massage, I’ve seen tremendous improvement and healing. My range of motion is returning and I’m able to walk and enjoy my quality of life. I booked an appointment to have my knee pain treated a couple months back. I was promptly scheduled an appointment and was introduced to Blair. Blair was thorough in examining my injury and was able to explain clearly what steps I needed to take to address it. He also taught me some new words - "Gastrocnemius tendinopathy"! After a handful of visits with Blair, I was cured and given a plan to avoid this problem from coming back. It has been over a month now and I am still benefiting from my experience at Victory Therapy. I am very impressed with Blair and the staff's ability to accommodate my situation, especially in the middle of a pandemic! Thank you for all the help.
