Janet is THE best therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is so kind, forthright, caring and has a really good understanding about many areas of therapy, including dealing with childhood trauma, families of origin, grief, loss, marriage, and most other areas of our lives where we need a helping hand. She has done a lot to help me develop different approaches and to utilize helpful strategies to cope with emotions and life experiences when I’ve needed her over the past 17 years. I often recommend her to my friends and would highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to do the work
