I am very disappointed in the receptionists that handle appointments for Dr. Longstaffe. I had made an appointment back in early May to see him for a Synvisc injection, yet they did not bother to inform his office in Tache so that he could bring the necessary equipment with him to administer the injection at my appointment today (June 13, 2019). Their lack of foresight and planning leaves me with a bad taste (and continued severe pain in my knees) and I will not use this place again, nor will I recommend it.

I was in a lot of pain in my back and neck and was looking for a massage therapist, but Jodi-a Sports therapist-was the only one who was available after 5:00 PM. After just one appointment I felt so much better, and she was able to diagnose what the problem was. Over a few months she used various tools and techniques to get me back to normal. Now I am so relieved I don’t have to carry around my injury like I used to!

I have been to Eastman therapy to see JUSTIN GIESBRECHT many times. He is excellent at his job. He assists with the appropriate exercises but as important explains what the injury is and how best to work toward good health. His reassuring methods and positive outlook provide a great atmosphere to get well!

Ashley G. Was my physio therapist at Eastman therapy- To say she was great is an understatement. I came in for back pain issues. I had my initial assessment to figure out the problem. She was very quick to figure out my body mechanics , with in minutes actually. She went to work on me targeting certain muscles to rectify the issues. Like anything in life -therapy will have it’s ups and down… it’s a process. What I really liked about Ashley is her ability to communicate the issues I was dealing with. She gave me a complete understanding of what was happening with my body. I really appreciated the dialogue we had. I learned a lot in the process of fixing me -It’s not just The physio therapist but you yourself keeping up with the exercises. She encouraged me along the way , tackled my pain with determination till it subsided. Listened to my questions. Coached me on how to succeed. Eastman therapy was not the first place I have tried for chronic pain relief and or injuries. I’ve been to many. The difference with this place is “ they are not going thru the motions to fix you. They are taking all steps to constantly improve your state of pain relief. I personally think you won’t find a better care then Ashley and the whole staff at Eastman therapy.

Got Orthotics fitted over 2 weeks ago by Dave. Hes awesome, super nice. Told me Id need a doc note for insurance coverage. Got one the next day and called Eastman to let them know because dave was gonna hold off sending them out till I had the note. Receptionist who I spoke with was really short with me and simply said I'd make a note on your file and hung up. I figure ok, whatever. Dave told me it would take 2 weeks. called them today, over 2 weeks now, and got told they weren't even sent out, and now I'm supposed to wait another 2 weeks... Not happy, got them to cancel them, I'll go somewhere else!
