Honestly the best health care related service I've received since moving to Nova Scotia; I had needed to schedule some tests for a 60 day screening process and they were incredibly helpful - I managed to squeeze into a cancellation and get everything done that same day. Professional staff and environment, couldn't have asked for better.

Just called the clinic it's 8;35am the voice message says the clinic is closed while the website says open 8;30-8 not good business!! You,d think they'd be running the clinic in a more professional manner!!

Amazing staff who really care about your well-being. Most walk-in clinics in the city will only look at one issue you have per visit. My experience at the sexual health centre was quite the opposition, with the doctor fulling answering all my questions and asking me if there was anything else they could help me with (a couple of times). 6 out of 5 stars in my opinion. They really care :)

Really hard to get an appointment here, spots are always full of they dont have their new schedule yet then spots are full again...but when you do get in, the staff is great.

STAY CLEAR !!! I made a very important appointment with this clinic. They told me they would do it over the phone cause of Covid. Well I never got the phone call and when I phoned them they back logged me months later. I'm from out of province and she is the only one I can see being a specialist. This clinic has endangerd my life with complete incompetence !!

Being 19 at the time, was given a male student without permission, he placed the IUD incorrectly which personally I think put my life in danger. Hospitals wouldn't listen to me and the pain I was in until I arrived at a third hospital (sackville) and they took it out and seen it was obviously not in the proper spot for the span of 3 days. I'll also add on that the day of when i got the IUD inserted there was no support afterwards wasn't wasn't a person at the desk to recieve my payment! Thank God I never paid for that experience other than ambulance fees......never returning here and if I do won't be a sunny experience because I lost all trust with doctors since than...

Dr. Moon at the Halifax Sexual Health Centre was the most professional, efficient, yet caring doctor I have ever encountered. Not to mention an expert at what she does. The staff at the front were also great - would recommend this facility to anyone.

Im sure they’re great but I tried calling many times and never got an answer over the span of a whole day. Then they closed early. Got a message at 4:25 saying they are closed. They also don’t take voice messages or make appointments over the internet in any form.

Waited on hold for an hour just to be told I could not make an appointment and that I should just go to a walk in clinic. What a joke.
