Less than zero stars. Dr.Kennedy's arrogance is beyond dangerous. He spent two months convincing me to admit myself to the hospital for neurological issues. I sat in the hospital for 5 days without a visit from him and made many attempts to contact him. he then proceeded to forget the reason that he admitted me, My nurse told me that i was not being monitored and Dr kennedy had done this to multiple patients in the previous two years alone. she told me i needed to do something to help myself considering i could not discharge myself without Dr. Kennedy cutting me off of my medication. So i called my dad who is friends with the VP of the lethbridge hospital. She came to talk to my nurse and also told me I was being treated unfairly. When Dr.Kennedy became aware my father had talked to the hospital he proceed to yell at me in front of the entire unit. told me i was entitled. he then fabricated a story about how i was there for pain management. I was then discharged without any help that i went there for. If dr. John Kennedy is ever your doctor do yourself a favor and run. Don't stop. He is the most arrogant unprofessional Dr i have ever encountered.

I went to the walk in hours and had to wait 2 hours which was okay because they were busy. The receptionists were relatively nice and helpful. The doctor was great, he was very nice, polite, and actually cared about my concerns. However, the woman handling x-rays didn't seem to care and acted like I was a bother. TLDR Doctor was great, receptionists were good, x-ray woman was rude

If you prefer a spot to lay down for blood to be taken, this place cannot accommodate. They only draw blood in a tight area that's no bigger than a closet.

Most unprofessional group i have ever encountered, certain Dr's are late for most appointments, often having to wait up to hour. making appointment can take up to 3weeks and then no call back to advise of that appointment. most staff are very rude, threaten to dismiss all services , should one not make a booking appointment and not attend an invoice is send claiming that you owe . another issue is the instruments have not been recently certified , blood pressure, Ekg machine , nor were some of the staff using them. to further, it may be of interest to report to the health board for review. update: visited office again to day DR. ISFUBOUSER, refusing to look on netcare for a previous ongoing problem "AN EASY FIX" , she wants xrays ,blood tests , etc.. (everytime i visit she wants blood).. she did prescribe drug to which a specialist had put on "do not take " list.. does not know what the current patient stats are! TOTAL LOUSY SERVICE!

I just went to the Campbell clinic to get my shot history. I walked in and the front girl told just says "There is no walk in clinic today" She didn't say hello or anything she just assumed. I told her what I wanted and she said none of the nurses could help me and told me to call in the next morning and they would give me my information over the phone. It's concerning they will provide information to people over the phone without any ID. Anyways they were just not helpful, rude and were not there to actually help me instead they mode it a frustrating experience.

The first time I went to this clinic was on a Thursday walk-in to get my plantar wart treated. I was advised that Thursday evening is usually quiet and it sure was. I didn’t wait very long at all and everyone was so cheerful.

Dr Kennedy takes excellent care of me. He gives me his time, attention and focus. I never feel rushed when seeing him. When I need documentation from him he is always thorough and advocates in best interest.

Rude reception staff. Hard to book appointments / Understand what they are saying over the phone . Never on time with appointments either

Went there with an ear infection. The doctor was helpful and found out what it was right away. But when finding out that we were from standoff, proceeded to tell us how horrible it is and how ppl only use him for drugs there. When we went to schedule a meet & greet with another doctor, the secretary asked us if we were using the doctors to get OxyContin. We were so angry at that point. We deserve good healthcare and service like anyone else. We're not drug users and making the assumption that we are is super racist. And if there are drug users who ever come through there I hope you take the time to help them with their addictions instead of being rude and dismissive. Horrible

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. I've been there twice now, the first time the doctor gave me the completely wrong medication for an infection and I ended up in the ER, where the doctor told me he's never seen this medication given to any patient except a newborn baby. The second time I waited for walk in from 3:30 pm till 5 pm along with a lot of other people and they said oh oops we forgot everyone, there is no walk in clinic tonight sorry! Highly suggest never going here.

I would give 0 star to this clinic. Dr. K laverty is the worst doctor I have ever met. I felt she is a bundle of attitudes. I experienced her statesmants were offensive and quite dominating to the patients. Worst and mean doctor ever. Not recommend her to anyone please don't go.

The lab closes whenever. Ive gone to get my bloodwork 2 times when they are say they are open but they’re closed. So why have hours?

I saw Dr. k Laverty. A bad experience on all 4 visits. The nurse Val is very unprofessional will call you "kiddo" even though I'm 4 years younger than her. Dr. Laverty made me come back several times for the same thing (over billing) also she got mad when I had given her a form for my work -even though she promised to get it completed in 2 days-it still was not done-then had the nerve to tell me to go to the walkin clinic next time if I needed a form done...after paying her $85 to fill out the SHORT form. REFUSED to book an MRI for a shoulder problem when I've already had the other shoulder done (rotatory cuff) i was very stressed going there and found a new wonderful doctor after seeing this one 4 times. DON'T GO!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Had an appointment booked for today. I had to wait over a month to get in. I show up and I'm informed that the receptionist booked me in with the wrong doctor. I'm then informed that the doctor Im booked with refuses to see the other doctors patients. And I need to rebook. The next available date is 3 weeks away. So, I'm having health complications that could potentially be serious and I had to wait for a month to get in and then I wait and get cancelled due to their error and have to wait another month. This is why the emergency rooms get full. I reccomend avoiding this place and going to Palliser Medical Clinic, they will get you in within a week.

It has been 9 years since my previous check up and this place always reminds me why i dislike going to a doctors office. they make it feel like they don't care about the clients, personally i would like to miss as little work as possible but they don't seem to like to work around schedules. I had to do for a follow up with my results and was told my appointment is at 1, asked for something later and was told 1 a week later.... so i specified later time of day. but good news i got it!.... a month later, couldn't someone just say you have high cholesterol and maybe i shouldn't eat so much bacon? anyways i rated it one because google doesn't believe in out right fails. only go here if you need a prostate exam, that way the least traumatic part will be the exam its self.

The staff are so burnt out and Dr. Laverty needs to take some time off for her personal life. She wouldnt look at my knees, or address my high blood pressure or write me a note for massages. When i booked for an appointment i requested a full physical and check up. I got my weight done thats it. Do not recommend.
