I don't normally write a review about companies but felt compelled to do so here. My review is based on my interaction with their receptionist which a different reviewer had a similar encounter. The receptionist was rude and forced a wildly fake laugh to belittle my comments during our interaction. I found her unprofessional. However Darcy Bailey and her associates are excellent and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I have always been skeptical of "therapy" my whole life with the only interpretation to draw from were tv/movies etc. After decades of lack of communication skills and depression, I opened myself up to the idea of counselling. I reached out to Darcy and was pleasantly surprised that my idea of counselling was completely wrong. The office is discrete and welcoming and not intimidating. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and has a sense of humor. She gave me skills that I use everyday and have been eye opening. I have had ups and downs on this journey but I would have to say I owe my life to Darcy. I would recommend her to anyone.

I called the office and left a voicemail after seeing the good reviews. My call was returned by a No caller ID and the receptionist was asking for Chris and I thought it was the wrong number because she did not mention where she was calling from. I left a voicemail again because I thought my call wasn't returned. I got a call again from a No caller ID number and again she was so rude. She had my name wrong again and I was trying to clarify if it was Darcy Bailey counselling services. Again this lady was a nightmare and was acting as if it was an inconvenience returning my call. Who would feel comfortable booking an appointment at this office. I just hung up because I felt so uncomfortable.
