Have pool and sauna. a little wait to get in the restaurant like 40 min but food was no bad. The rooms were ok clean but I find out no too many plugs for charge the phone so have to disconnect some lights

We spent a night at this hotel and it was lovely! The staff was incredible and so friendly! Reasonable prices and pet friendly which is hard to find. Mountain views right from the room. Great location as well. The only downfall was the lack of air conditioning but aside for that everything was great!

Expensive but worth it. Room was little bit small but everything was perfect except that. No need to mention view. It was really good. Swimming pool was good but if you are there in winter and your room is far away from the office building where swimming pool is, then it may be freezing cold.

I dont know about the other rooms but our room does not have a fridge and a microwave. No AC either. Good thing it is fall weather already. I dont think the heater in our room is working. First time here and me and my wife aint happy.

HIDDEN CHARGES! We booked as a group, and disappointed that there are a lot of hidden charges! LOFT Rooms that are advertised as for 8 people is actually a double occupancy room, hence, they are charging extra for the other 6 people in your group. Next, you have to pay 10 dollars fort the use of the pool!! I have never seen any hotel, anywhere who charged for the use of their pool! WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Nice shell. Awful inside. At first it seemed very nice. Spacious rooms and an overall nice vibe. I travel for work a lot and stay in lots of hotels. This one has the worst internet out of anyone I've stayed at, which is unfortunate if you travel for work. I've stayed in trucker motels with better internet. Sub par restaurant also burnt my food. Would not recommend.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The facilities were pleasant. The front desk was helpful even at 5am in the morning. All in all a great place to stay. The beds were comfortable. They also have a restaurant in the location.

This hotel is in a great location and has amazing views of the mountains. The room was updated and the hotel was really clean. They also have a great hot tub and restaurants.

Nice room, newly renovated. Nice people as you would expect being in Canada. The food seems ok, Free shuttle to the ski area. I feel comfortable recommending this hotel. Don't let the first impression put you off.

Let's get this straight: This hotel is very dated, and the rooms are expensive for what they are, but once you get past that, it is a pretty livable hotel. We stayed in one of the condo-like rooms with a fold down bed(which folds down from the wall and is pretty cool) which also has a kitchenette and a spare bedroom. The beds are fairly comfy, and the rooms have back doors to go out to a backyard-esque area. The pool is nice, but it is a walk to get to from where I stayed. Also, the breakfast is not free, which is too bad, but the lobby is very upscale and must have been renovated recently. There is also yummy lime-water and lemon-water in the lobby, as well as super yummy chocolates/treats. If you are looking for a super modern hotel, this hotel will definitely not suit you well, but if you are looking for a humble, roomy, comfy and feature/amenity packed, this might just be for you. This hotel is a good 15 minutes from Lake Louise, but it is TOTALLY worth the drive. Also has a yummy pizza place on the second floor of the lobby. Worth your time, but it is expensive for what you get, is my initial verdict. Thanks!

I did not stay here during my visit. However, I was scouting out different lodging options for a work crew. This seems to be the best bang for the buck. Good clean rooms, good-looking facilities, two different restaurants, ample amount of parking and good service at the front desk. Looks like a good, fun and quaint place to stay. 3/13 - After some time, I had my work crew stay here for a few nights. They were great to work with and good room rates. Rooms were clean and neat just as the rest of the facilities were. I still stand by my previous rating.

Wonderful staff from check in to check out. Other guests were nice. Our room and kitchenette was modern, clean and just a pleasure to spend time in. Bar food could be more adventurous. That may however be due to the lack of options elsewhere.

OVER PRICED!!! For what you get.Clean yes. Old yes! Stayed in petfriendly room. Cracked tiles in floor, badly repaired stone tabletop with crack in it. Carpeting...I'm not fond of and old. Decor very dated. Surcharge for wifi, parking and other amenities, have been travelling a month across Canada and this surcharge was a first! Restaurants very expensive! Pretty setting, with either balcony or little deck which was very nice to sit outside with coffee. Large error with room designation. We asked for pet friendly room as we were travelling with our Goldie, were told when booking that the only room available was a King suite at $400!! For one night!! When we arrived we were told that was incorrect as we had our dog we needed to be in the pet section, at a much lower price. Hmmmm...

We had a wonderful stay at lake louise inn. The staff is friendly and welcoming and accommodated us with whatever we needed for our stay. We booked a condo with a kitchenette. All appliances and cutlery was in great condition. Washrooms, bedroom, tv, furniture was all cleaned and recently renovated. The pool and hot bath was relaxing after a long day of drive and the restaurant had good food available. The only suggestion would be to book directly from the hotel’s website to enjoy complementary couple breakfast.

The staff are very accommodating. They reacted lightning fast to all of our needs and requests. The bus to the LL Ski Resort stop at the main building. Nice rooms. We used the room's kitchen, so I can't comment on the inn's restaurant. Very happy with the special care that was given.

The newly renovated rooms were fabulous and the staff was efficient, professional and very helpful. The on site restaurant had fabulous food. The beds however were very hard and uncomfortable but in the grand scheme of things a minor inconvenience. The grounds were very nice and well maintained and they had picnic tables and comfy Adirondack chairs to relax in and enjoy the mountain air.
