(Original) Lors de mon arrivée j'ai été bien reçue par la réception ainsi que par l'infirmière, Par contre le Docteur : j'ai eue le sentiments que il voulait se dépêcher à voir le plus de clients possible en le moins de temps possible. Je rentre dans la salle il me dit Bonjour, même pas le temps d'expliquer ma raison de visite que il me dit c'est un Virus. Il n'a pas prit le temps de rien vérifier. Cela fait 10 jours que je suis malade (vomissement,toux, diarrhée etc.. ) les symptômes n'ont pas diminuer en 10 jours et je prends toute les médicaments possible. À la fin de la visite exactement 2 minutes après que je sois rentré Docteur Khac Minh Nguyen me demande si je désire faire un test de dépistage pour les ITS,. je lui réponds que cela n'est pas la raison de ma visite. Je trouve cette façon d'agir inacceptable. Nous prenons un rendez-vous avec Bonjour Santé pour un virus et on se fait demander si nous désirons faire un test de dépistage. Je ne suggère aucunement cette clinique qui veut faire le plus de client possible en le moins de temps possible.

Normandin who is kind enough to take me on the spot. Didn't have to wait a full day at the hospital. Was able to go to x-ray right next door. Ils m'ont passé d'autres testes oú on voit clairement une hausse de cholestérol (que Dr Sairam) n'as pas détecté, une infection que se prolonge à l'année, fois augmenté. La seule chose qu'il dit c'esy qu'il faut que je perdre du poids, mais, ma raison primaire que m'ai l'amené à lui c'est fut le gain de poids sudain et ernorme d'un jour à l'autre et constant. Mon médecin ,psi que me suit est énervé et lui dit quande même que psy n'est pas médecin. J'ai gravé le rdv oú montre qu'il est incapable de répondre à mes réponses et s'en fou des symptômes et bilan, et même ment en disant qu'il m'a demandé de faire des examens qu'on été prescrit par d'autre médecin. Une honte pour votre clinique et une honte pour la sante publique que nous coûte chér aux contribuables !!

Une autre réceptionniste, assez bête, me répond que les résultats ne sont pas dans mon dossier. J'appelle donc au centre de prélèvement, où on me confirme que les résultats ont été transmis par fax - l'agent me dit qu'il va les renvoyer au cas où. Je rappelle donc, pour me faire dire par la même réceptionniste que les fax ne sont regardés qu'après quelques jours, que la clinique est achalandée et que j'ai juste à attendre et qu'on va me rappeler. Je lui souligne que mon médecin part en vacances et que j'ai besoin des résultats, ce à quoi elle dit de ne pas m'en faire, qu'il va avoir une alerte dans son ordi quand les résultats seront rentrés. Je ne connais personne qui, en voyage avec la famille, regarde son ordi de travail 24/7. Je suis livide. Et terrifiée de devoir attendre que le médecin revienne de longues vacances parce que la réceptionniste est trop lâche pour faire sa job, et refuse d'offrir le moindre soutien et le moindre service à la clientèle. Elle mériterait -15 étoiles. Au pire, j'imagine que je finirai à l'urgence si mon état requérait des soins que je n'aurai pas parce que madame était trop occupée à se tourner les pouces pour essayer d'aider. Quand on parle des problèmes du système de santé, c'est ça. Si vous pensez qu'il y a des chances que vous ayez des examens complémentaires à passer, aller ailleurs!

The receptionists are very friendly. The system is very organized. The doctor was the problem. I saw Dr. Blais and was not impressed. He has horrible bedside manner. When you describe your symptoms he acts as if you are crazy. Not impressive. Fortunately I had to use this clinic for a minor emergency because my family doctor is out of town. Dr. Blais doesn't seem to like his job. He should find another one.

I love my doctor at this clinic and the specialists! I find the receptionists hit or miss as some are so incredibly kind and sweet and others are quite rude and mean. When I call to book and appointment I am faced with long times on hold but I never wait to long to see my doctor at the clinic.

Since seeing another doctor elsewhere, I finally have the right treatment and the right follow-up with a physiotherapist. Je suis allée dans une clinique privée pour aller plus vite. Depuis, lorsque j'appelle pour obtenir mes resultats et voir le médecin, on me dit qu'ils reçoivent les resultats par fax et qu'ils doivent les numériser avant de les transmettre au médecin. On m'a rappelé une fois pour me dire un truc très vague sur le résultat de ma prise de sang : "ça a l'air correct" et rien pour mon IRM, ça va faire 2 semaines et j'ai rappelé plusieurs fois. La réceptionniste a même eu le culot de dire que si ça se trouve je n'ai rien et que le médecin ne veut peut-être pas me voir et que si je veux un RV j'ai qu'à appeler après 19h. Heureusement, la clinique où j'ai passé mon IRM a accepté de m'envoyer les résultats et j'ai effectivement quelque chose qui nécessite une prise en charge rapidement. De plus, quand on arrive, on doit attendre dans le couloir derrière la porte. À cause de mon problème actuel, je suis en mobilité réduite et lorsqu'elles disent "suivant" et que je me levais, elles faisaient passer d'autre personnes avant moi en me gueulant d'attendre dans le couloir. C'est n'importe quoi cette clinique et ces receptionnistes devraient être contentes d'avoir du travail avec un tel niveau de bêtise et d'incompétence. Enfin, le médecin que j'ai vu à deux reprises ne m'a jamais occulté, ce que je trouve bizarre pour un problème physique et neurologique et m'a prescrit 2 traitements qui n'ont pas fonctionné. Depuis que je vois un autre medecin ailleurs, j'ai enfin le bon traitement et le bon suivi avec un physiothérapeute.

Do not accept Dr Nguyen Khac Minh as your GP. First, his name is not listed neither on Bonjoursante nor on Mednam's website. This means you CANNOT get an appointment without having to speak to a human at the clinic. Oh, btw, did I tell you that it's almost impossible to speak to a human? Every time I make a appointment with my family doctor I have to wait 1-30 to 2 hours to see him .I live 45 min away and now have to leave with out seeing my doctor as I have to be home for my son when he gets off the bus. And I did call to confirm my time before driving 45 min

I don't have a family doctor but speaking from my experience from walk in appointments, I like Dr. Normandin. Speaks direct and to the point. Dr. Bastien was great, kind and attentive though I heard she doesn't work there anymore. I liked Dr. Karen Tong also, she will take time to explain things and was non judgmental. Clean, organized looking clinic. Receptionists have always been polite and professional with me. Sometimes you can wait 20 minutes from your appointment however I have also waited an hour before but what can you do it's quebec, i've seen worse.

Clean bright local, ample parking and timely! I was at the elevator at 3:42pm after a 3:30pm appointment, can’t ask for more! The Dr. was very helpful and efficient. Overall experience, extremely satisfied.

The worst administration I've ever seen in a clinic. They received my name in the list of persons waiting for a family doctor. They send me an email and they called me to book the first appointment. It was booked for June 18 in the morning. I replied to their email asking if the appointment could be changed for the afternoon and 2 weeks later and the day prior to the appointment booked, they responded that they had changed the appointment for July, without confirming if I would be available, on the new date and time given. Very disrespectful and unprofessional way to manage people's time. I had to call CLSC to ask them to put my name back on the list for any other clinic. I really don't want to accept the abuse from Mednam bad appointment handling.

Absolute worst reception I’ve ever experienced. There is a lack of professionalism and respect for clientele. The older women with white hair, Haguette, is very mean, unwelcoming, cold & suggestively just an unhappy person. I’m not sure if the receptionists at this clinic have chosen this domain of work as their dream careers, but they act as if they hate their job & everyone who comes into the clinic. Another receptionist here was suppose to give me information on places to have the recommended ultra sound (as instructed by the doctor) but instead she coldly and quickly said “Just go to a hospital”. I’m curious if these receptionist are sufficiently educated and trained for such positions. It is really a shame because the doctors are quite kind & responsive. Both receptionists that were there refused to let me speak as they continued speaking over me and projecting attitudes of deep irritation. A very uncomfortable environment.
