Amazing Clinic. Very accommodating and helpful got the 45 lb metal plate while at the gym on my foot I showed up and even though they were full they found dr. Normandin who is kind enough to take me on the spot. Didn't have to wait a full day at the hospital. Was able to go to x-ray right next door. I have my family doctor here we have our Pediatrician here. Highly recommend

Et terrifiée de devoir attendre que le médecin revienne de longues vacances parce que la réceptionniste est trop lâche pour faire sa job, et refuse d'offrir le moindre soutien et le moindre service à la clientèle. The receptionists are very friendly. The system is very organized. The doctor was the problem. I saw Dr. Blais and was not impressed. He has horrible bedside manner. When you describe your symptoms he acts as if you are crazy. Not impressive. Fortunately I had to use this clinic for a minor emergency because my family doctor is out of town. Dr. Blais doesn't seem to like his job. He should find another one.
I love my doctor at this clinic and the specialists! I find the receptionists hit or miss as some are so incredibly kind and sweet and others are quite rude and mean. When I call to book and appointment I am faced with long times on hold but I never wait to long to see my doctor at the clinic.

On m'a rappelé une fois pour me dire un truc très vague sur le résultat de ma prise de sang : "ça a l'air correct" et rien pour mon IRM, ça va faire 2 semaines et j'ai rappelé plusieurs fois. La réceptionniste a même eu le culot de dire que si ça se trouve je n'ai rien et que le médecin ne veut peut-être pas me voir et que si je veux un RV j'ai qu'à appeler après 19h. Heureusement, la clinique où j'ai passé mon IRM a accepté de m'envoyer les résultats et j'ai effectivement quelque chose qui nécessite une prise en charge rapidement. De plus, quand on arrive, on doit attendre dans le couloir derrière la porte. À cause de mon problème actuel, je suis en mobilité réduite et lorsqu'elles disent "suivant" et que je me levais, elles faisaient passer d'autre personnes avant moi en me gueulant d'attendre dans le couloir. C'est n'importe quoi cette clinique et ces receptionnistes devraient être contentes d'avoir du travail avec un tel niveau de bêtise et d'incompétence. Enfin, le médecin que j'ai vu à deux reprises ne m'a jamais occulté, ce que je trouve bizarre pour un problème physique et neurologique et m'a prescrit 2 traitements qui n'ont pas fonctionné. Depuis que je vois un autre medecin ailleurs, j'ai enfin le bon traitement et le bon suivi avec un physiothérapeute.

Every time I make a appointment with my family doctor I have to wait 1-30 to 2 hours to see him .I live 45 min away and now have to leave with out seeing my doctor as I have to be home for my son when he gets off the bus. And I did call to confirm my time before driving 45 min
I don't have a family doctor but speaking from my experience from walk in appointments, I like Dr. Normandin. Speaks direct and to the point. Dr. Bastien was great, kind and attentive though I heard she doesn't work there anymore. I liked Dr. Karen Tong also, she will take time to explain things and was non judgmental. Clean, organized looking clinic. Receptionists have always been polite and professional with me. Sometimes you can wait 20 minutes from your appointment however I have also waited an hour before but what can you do it's quebec, i've seen worse.

The worst administration I've ever seen in a clinic. They received my name in the list of persons waiting for a family doctor. They send me an email and they called me to book the first appointment. It was booked for June 18 in the morning. I replied to their email asking if the appointment could be changed for the afternoon and 2 weeks later and the day prior to the appointment booked, they responded that they had changed the appointment for July, without confirming if I would be available, on the new date and time given. Very disrespectful and unprofessional way to manage people's time. I had to call CLSC to ask them to put my name back on the list for any other clinic. I really don't want to accept the abuse from Mednam bad appointment handling.

Another receptionist here was suppose to give me information on places to have the recommended ultra sound (as instructed by the doctor) but instead she coldly and quickly said “Just go to a hospital”. I’m curious if these receptionist are sufficiently educated and trained for such positions. It is really a shame because the doctors are quite kind & responsive. Both receptionists that were there refused to let me speak as they continued speaking over me and projecting attitudes of deep irritation. A very uncomfortable environment.
