Long wait times, they don't except patients after 3pm, they often misdiagnose you saying you just have a simple cold or flu when you actually have something like strep. Avoid this place if you're concerned you may actually have a more serious problem.

I trained dr ! Bad behaviour We like to place a complain about this dr in this clinic Wijayanayaka, Tishara Mahila (CPSO#: 112765) We went to her walking clinic located in at 11:30am and she refused to treat me and we asked her to check me again and she refused again and insisted that she can not do any thing and that we have to go to emergency in Windsor . This is unacceptable behaviour from a doctor and we require an apology and full refund for our money.

Personally, I have had good experiences here as long as you know what you want from them. TB test? They can do it. Doctor's note for work? They've done it for me multiple times. Healthcare can be frustrating for sure and everyone's experience can be different, but mine has been exactly what I needed on multiple occasions. Good job here!

When we entered clinic, the receptionist was not welcoming. Went to consultation for hives and the doctor didn't even take 5 minutes to consult. She said she can't find out the reason for this and wanted us to figure out what's causing it. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Never got to see a doctor. Went to receptionist to sign in they were very rude. Very unwelcoming and poor mannerisms. Not to mention one of the receptionist was chowing down on chicken wings and food. I was told a hour half wait to leave and come back but she was annoyed that I was even there. Needless to say I took my health card back and left. Seen doc today at V-care on Howard excellent service with a smile :)

Was hesitant when I saw several negative reviews and still went and arrived at 5:40 pm. Indeed, they put up a sign saying that they were done for the day but my ear pains were so bad I went in anyway. Very kind to still have accepted me; doctor was very patient and concise. I suppose treatments may vary between doctors, but I had a great experience. The recommended medication worked very well.

Horrible Service!!! the Doctor was rude beyond belief, he was only interested in showing how superior he is. No listening to the patient, No support, and I left feeling worse than when I got there. If you want help do not go here.

Overall terrible experience at this clinic. Staff was bothered by my presence and not personable. The doctor however was the worst physician I have ever met. He was rude, arrogant and dismissive. Any question I asked was met with more rudeness. He went as far as to say things like "I don't, you've known your son longer than I have.. I just met him" when I ask question about his condition. I would much rather wait 5 hours in emergency than go to this clinic again. Worst. Ever.

- wait times can be long depending on the number of patients - don't come in within 1-2 hours before closing time as they'll likely close the doors - receptionists were friendly - the 3 doctors i've seen have been attentive and helpful :) (this of course depends on the doctor you get at any clinic)

I decided to stop dry here on Sunday as it is the only place open right now. There's almost no one here only two people left to be served and no one else besides me just to get some medication and they say they're not taking anyone else there's no signs that dictate that's happening or anyting. Absolutely pathetic will never come here advise you never go here either don't waste your time and money.

This is my GP. During normal work hours this is a great place. As a walk in clinic it's not great. They don't accept patients after 3pm but are open until 5pm. The receptionist was not helpful at all when I asked if another clinic was open and also wouldn't call.

Went today for the first time. When I arrived it seemed like it would be a really long wait as there was about 8 people ahead of me already waiting to sign in. To my surprise things moved fast and when I did see the doctor she was very pleasant and did not want to just throw antibiotics at me which I appreciate. But rather preferred to follow up with me next week. Reception was also very nice, warm and welcoming. I read some not great reviews before going in so I went in with little expectation but was pleasantly surprised! Would recommend to anyone looking for a walk in.

Was just here.. What a terrible business. Tells people they are open until 5 but they actually closed before 4PM. I would have attempted to come a bit earlier and not wasted my time and gas if they gave their real hours. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful.. Just awful. Poor business ethics... Poor ethics in general. As someone who works in healthcare I know that good healthcare professionals will stay after hours to make sure everyone is taken care of, not close the doors early and say screw the rest of you who came out during our hours of operation.

Went yesterday and waited 3 hours only to be greeted by a doctor that did not care and clearly just wanted to leave (it was an hour and a half before closing). Pretended to check my heart, (you can’t use a stethoscope properly over thick layers of clothing by tapping me). Then proceeded to ask me one question and wrote me a prescription without telling me my issue. When I asked her for something else she gave me the rudest face and lied saying she cannot give referrals. As someone whose family are doctors and works in the medical field, the bedside manners experienced that day were absolutely horrendous. It left me absolutely distraught for the rest of the day. Please do not enter the medical field if you do not care about your patients and simply want the money. Only gave one star because you have to in order to post something.

Since this clinic is very close to where I live it is usually the go to but I have had enough of this place. Like others have said, the wait times are horrible and even if it's empty, they refuse patients. I've also been "forgotten about" once before... I just don't understand their mentality. Why work in the medical field if you're not willing to actually help people? Doctors are alright but they just don't seem to care. If you don't have a way to get to a different clinic, I would suggest finding one rather than settle for crap... For me it isn't too far but the clinic at the rexall on Malden in LaSalle has been nothing but great for walk in.

This clinic is never consistant with their closing hours. Some days they close at 7:45 pm and some days at 8:30pm. I guess its whenever the doctor decide to leave. Never can trust them with their business hours.

Went there 2 time with my 2 year old baby .... very unprofessional and very poor knowledge... Took my baby to remove a staple from his head (one staple only) ..the "Doctor" couldn't do it so she gave us the tool back and said " u can try at home when he is a sleep" . On top of that...she messed up the staple .... so something simple to do ...now will be very difficult and painful for the baby. Thank you "so called Doctor"

My fiance called this clinic and asked if there was still time to talk to a doctor as they closed in an hour. The receptionist (who was actually really nice) said that he was just leaving but would have him call him. Not sure why they were closing early. The doctor calls him (we didn't catch his name) and he asks my fiance what's wrong. After explaining the problem the doctor suggested a medication. My fiance mentioned that he already tried it as suggested by another doctor but it didn't help his issue. The doctor at Roseland Clinic said "I can't help you." and that was it. My fiance then asked the doctor what he should do and if he should get an x-ray or see another doctor. The doctor said "no". What kind of doctor just says "I can't help you" to someone? It seems like he wanted to leave early and was VERY annoyed that a patient was calling for help. I used to go to this clinic and I'm embarrassed I recommended it to him. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

The hours at this clinic is wrong . They close whenever they want due to how the random doctor that works there feels. If the doctor is tired or not well they decide to close their business early. If your a sick doctor then call in but don’t close and waste sick peoples time driving to the establishment for disappointment.

Went in 20 mins after 7 (closes at 9) and I was turned away. Un-acceptable! I was really sick, but because these Doctors don't even want to work an 8 hours a day anymore I had to go home sick as a dog and still had to go to work at 5am. Note to Doctors, sometimes you have to work more than 36 hrs a week, the rest of Windsor does. Never going back to this dump ever again.

There seems to be a trend with the online reviews. This clinic is usually pretty good. I’ve gone here for a long time. But the doctor today was HORRIBLE. I have NEVER been so poorly treated by a Doctor as I was today. My child’s medication was out. The pharmacy said they couldn’t refill it bc the Pediatrician hadn’t followed up. They’re office was closed and so was our family doctor’s. So I visited this clinic in need of a prescription for two days until I could follow up with our primary care doctor. This doctor came into the room and just said “no”. I explained the situation and asked if there was anywhere else I could go, an urgent care or do I need to go to the emergency room? He stated good luck and that no where will prescribe that for me. He looked at me like I have five heads. He was agitated and rude from the first initial “no”. His advice was to just skip the weekend until we could “get more”. I brought the old bottle with me that had the prescription on it and had my child with me. I understand policy, but the tone and judgment in this man’s voice was uncalled for, especially since I had told the front desk why I was there and they didn’t inform me before checking in for the appointment. Beware if you choose to use this clinic.

Noticed my son had some swelling and discharge coming from his eyes, and this was the only place open. Took him in and was registered right away, then when reception asked what he needed to be seen for, she took one look, and said ‘ah okay... take a seat we’ll be right with you.’ There we’re a few other patients in the waiting room, but we waited no more than 5 min, and the doctor (Dr. Shanthi) came into the exam room right away and treated my son. Maybe spent an entire 20min in the place, and the staff was pleasant. Been home for a few hours now, and my son is already feeling better.

Tried this place a few times. Long wait times. Expect to be there 1.5 hrs + My last visit there I decided I would go early to be the first one since I only need a prescription refil. I was waiting in the parking lot then walked into the drug store to get to the clinic since it was cold and I didn't want to wait outside anymore. The nurse wouldn't check me because she didn't see me standing in the cold. She waited until everyone else was checked before me. Needless to say I have entered into another long wait talking over most of the day. Not to keen on the nurses.

The staff was very helpful. However Dr. Gallow is probably the worst doctor I've seen. Very poor bedside manner. He disn't know how to effectively manage a patient in severe pain with kidney stones. Didn't refer to the ER probably because he didn't know how to. he refused to do any kind of further investigation such as imaging. He has no clue what he's doing ... tries to make up for it by being rude to patients and staff. Avoid him at all cost !

Dr Gallow is the worst dr I have ever seen in my entire life. And I have seen many dr due to a major health issue. I have gone there for years as my family dr is there as well. If you go make sure he isn't working he is useless and wastes your time.

This clinic is not bad at all, only small problem the number of doctors that they change, some would be good pretty patient, pretty specific with explanation and listening well. Other small times can run into certain doctors where they just quickly nod their heads, maybe say yeah typical cold for example, quick writing for prescription and done. Luckily it wasn't worse or more then just cold I've been going here for years and pretty reliable, except for odd opening and closing hours and receptionist.
