Dr Shuster was most unprofessional missing nearly every appointment made, usually by hours sometimes days never complained though just kinda rolled with the punchs. She missed the last two appointments one of which was by multiple days then as if to add insult to injury proceeded to actually blame me for her own missed appointments. I was gaslight, mentally manipulated by the person who was supposed to be looking out for my mental health. This was NOT a pleasant experience.

One of the psychiatrists was extremely dismissive and downplayed everything I told him (“your trauma is not that bad” “your friends probably have it worse” etc.). He was extremely rude, and even took a phone call in the middle of our session. When I left the room I was no closer to a diagnosis or solution than I was when I arrived at the office. This is not a place I will return to.
