I couldnt find the place. I drove around all of the parking lots on the street and there were no signs anywhere. Google Street view indicated it was in the same building as a restaurant but I drove around and there was nothing indicating total physio. I also called 30 minutes prior to my appointment and was unable to reach anyone. I left a message to advise I could not locate their office. Tried calling again 10 minutes before the appointment with the same results. Finally I called at the time of my scheduled appointment to advise I was unable to make my appointment as I could not find their building and that I would no longer require their services.

I didn't have a satisfying experience. Found it difficult to get therapy that suited me. Your results may vary!!! Caveats: I'm not covered and not able to afford twice weekly appointments. I have heard excellent things about the physiotherapists there. I'm a difficult patient, with a lot of questions. I only went to the assessment, and two appointments. Didn't get the feedback or homework I wanted. Didn't feel like there was enough time within the appointment with the physiotherapist. I've since found a client centered program that works better for me.

I came to Jane with lower back issues due to triathlon training. Over a period of 3 months she has been able to not only fix the issue, she guided and educated me on how to build a stronger core to ensure it doesn't happy again. I can't say how pleased I am with Jane and her team at Total. If you're a weekend warrior like me or a more serious athlete, these are the people to work with, they really understand my unique needs and did a fantastic job! Thanks Jane....

Excellent customer service, they can give you an appointment on short notice. All employees are knowledgeable, proficient and professional in there area of expertise. The is a large quantity and variety of equipment within the facilities to aid with therapy. Overall excellent and one of the best physiotherapy and sports therapy facilities in Ontario, maybe even Canada.

Kate-Lynn my physiotherapist was great. She set goals to resolve my issue and gave me exercises and therapies that enabled me to reach those goals. She was extremely personable and I was pleased as a senior that she was interested in the care of seniors.The facility was excellent with good covid protocols in place. I would highly recommend Total Physiotherapy.

After a car accident in June 2020, I recieved excellent treatment & advice, mainly with Holly & taylor. I feel stronger now than before the accident. I was able to regain, most of my range of functions that were compromised. I am happy that I chose this company, & would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Amazing staff! I would highly recommend this physiotherapy place to anyone. Not only did they care for my shoulder after surgery, they showed care for my entire well-being. They knew how to push me but not over push me. Very encouraging and supportive staff!

I have received outstanding care and highly professional service from my physiotherapist Jane Oldfield, along with her friendly staff! I am most impressed with the genuine interest and professional service I receive from entire staff at Total Physiotherapy. The receptionists, physiotherapist assistants and owners/Physiotherapists are friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Their worker Jarrod scammed me out of $100 for a letter saying my injury was fake. I have had surgery on this injury and am permanently disabled in my 20's. Go anywhere else!

From the booking of the appointment, to the exceptional treatment plan that Kevin Hickey put into place for our young athlete, to the above and beyond accommodation made so that Michael could be seen when it fitted into his busy schedule. Thank you very much for the exceptional service and professional and effective treatments for Michael's back.

Kevin was fantastic helping me through the, at times emotional, journey of recovering from a severe concussion. Most recently I had to bring my young son in for assessment and treatment and there is no one else I would have trusted. Kevin was kind and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic.

I would highly recommend Kevin Hickey and his team at Total Phsyiotherapy. Last year Kevin and Taylor Buenting worked with my teenage son after he sustained a concussion. They were instrumental in him making a safe return to school and sports. They were able to relieve and rehabilitate him from his injury and did so with care and concern. Recently I experienced a shoulder injury and have been seeing Kevin for treatment. I am half way through my treatment plan and am already feeling significantly better. All of the staff have been warm and friendly while providing amazing treatment and customer service in a safe environment for my family. Thanks Kevin, Taylor and the rest of the Total Physio Staff.
