He has enough qualifications behind his name that you would expect to meet an old fuddly duddy with outdated experience but he is far from it! Paul is an amazing therapist and worth every buck. I had done some shopping around for a therapist who would call out my nonsense and hold me accountable, and got everything I asked for. In the few months since we started sessions, Paul has helped me with: learning when to prioritize life, gaining a backbone (and saying no!), and recognize unhelpful or distorted thoughts. He has also pointed me in the right direction for diagnosis, and plan for hardships at work. Paul is knowledgable and competent, and is a real human being rather than an expensive sound board.
