I called and spoke to a lady named Carol, I was inquiring about therapy for an old sports injury. She was extremely helpful in guiding me through different options that they offer for treatment, including my questions about insurance coverage, her personality is delightful. I was referred here by my family doctor after developing acute pain from deteriorating cartilage and muscle atrophy. After a mere 6 weekly visits the professionals at Sutton Physio restored the affected joints to full mobility and eliminated the pain. They educated me on exercises I could use to strengthen my muscles and relieve pain, and carefully explained everything I needed to know to keep my problem areas healthy and strong. Everyone here was friendly, polite, professional and good-humoured. They always checked with me about my comfort and pain levels, and made it easy to relax during treatment. Some of the best healthcare I've ever received! Due to pandemic considerations, many precautions are currently being observed; every area must be sanitized, patients must sign in, have their temperature recorded and wear a mask at all times. Check in 5-10 mins before your scheduled appointment.

My daughter and I have been going here since November and have always had a great deal of fun and entertainment while seeing Tess, John, kellan, Amy, and alana. Alanna has always kept my daughter company and has always been very polite and friendly while also accommodating every visit. Kellan and tess are always fun to exchange laughs and stories with!!! It was very sad to learn that Alanna would no longer be there on Tuesdays with her smiling and outgoing greets. Job well done from everyone there and their friendly exchanges every visit! My daughter and I would highly recommend these guys:)
