They were referred to me by a service I work for. It’s absolutely despicable for a clinic to turn away a new patient because their psychologists don’t want to deal w/ paperwork that would’ve taken less than 2min to fill. They turn away patients w/ mental health issues despite having availability. Unreal. I even mentioned I’m fully aware the form would require several sessions before it can be filled, still they rejected me. Either they have terrible reception staff who don’t communicate well (as another reviewer suggests) or incredibly lazy therapists.

I was referred for psychological services by my family Dr and 3 weeks later I still haven't spoken to a psychologist. For someone suffering with anxiety and depression they have made the intake process more of a punishment. You can rarely reach a live operator and they are HORRIBLE with responding to voicemail and website submissions. I wonder if their psychologists know how difficult their reception staff is making it for potential new customers?? I was referred for a MVA and only one person does these cases. I filled out all their forms and dropped them off 8 days ago, with their previous promise of an intake call in 24-48 hrs. Still nothing! Beyond disappointed in their customer service.
