Dave Jarvis the manager at this service was very abusive, mocking and intimidating during a phone call with myself. After making my complaint against him, during a meeting I had with the VP they told me he had admitted to it, and he then lost his job. My counselor Melissa Thompson is for sure not the sharpest pencil in the box, she will take you on as a client with your confirmed diagnosis, then afterwards admit she does not have the expertise, after many previous interactions lol. As the VP said she never addressed my concerns that I had noted in e-mails with her and they were very displeased with her lack of professionalism. She had no place with her limited training to be offering suggestions about medication when I already have current medication of which she was made aware of. I was shocked she could not pronounce Aspergers properly, a common word used in all the mental health fields. My trust was ripped away when Melissa gave me much reassurance after I needed to stop my counseling I could return when I needed and it was of course not upheld. This agency was abusive, dishonest, unprofessional in every single way, and very, very non transparent until I was forced to take action for myself! But it was when I learned of Melissa's DUI charge that I could not understand how an organization would hire someone that has had a total disregard for the law as well as putting countless innocent lives in complete danger. They are not justified to handle the care of vulnerable clients and it explains my one star review.
I have to say tho Melissa's dating profile "Nurse Melissa" I would have retitled "Princess Melissa" with her belief it's okay for herself to accept second chances to be a drunkard with her criminal acts granted by her employers, but yet can't give the same gratitude and second chances to allow her own clients to make mistakes before her responses are totally self centered and you get dumped. Just proves crackheads can still be crackheads without ever taking a fix
