Have you ever been ghosted by a mental health organization? I have! I was referred here to get a case worker that could help me find support groups and help with housing. I met up with Four County Crisis and it was terrible. They just kept asking me extremely personal questions and writing everything down. Instead of helping me with what I needed they tried to refer me to employment services only. I said no, I need help with housing and support groups. They told me they’d call me Friday the 15th to talk about my options. It’s now Thursday the 21st and no one has called me. No one I spoke to has ever told me their name and every time I spoke to them they’d call from an unknown number. I have literally no way to contact them. This is disgusting, how can you treat people like this?

Having an issue? Don’t worry you can call CMHA ask to speak to someone and the result of choosing that selection in the menu option on the Phone it hangs up on you! I chose to speak to an agent on 3 separate tries and after a couple moments of silence the call ended, every single time.

This place does nothing to help mental illness of any kind. So many suicides now. U think they would learn to help people. Don't go here expecting any help. The receptionist is rude and the councillors make no sense at all. It's disgusting that u can't help people

Run by a tyrannical crazy lady, they are all about how much money they can get from you and when you aren't useful to them anymore, they cast you out like a piece of garbage.
