BUYER BEWARE! I am out over $600 because my insurance claim was denied after the primary registered practitioner suggested I book with her associate but failed to notify me that the associate is not a registered practitioner who would be covered under most insurance plans in Ontario. I feel that their focus was on filling their schedule with no regard for my coverage. AVOID this practice if you want a practitioner who communicates important information up front.
