The oasis of tranquility in the world of stress. Spa services are to die for - relaxing, thorough, with high quality equipment and materials (cremes, gels, etc). Nadya is a real professional who always thriving to be better and to do better. A variety of other services (osteopath, acupuncturist, manicurist). And when everything is done there are 3 different saunas to take your pampering even further. If you haven't been here yet - drop everything and come over. If you have - drop everything and come back.

I've been going to Anna for massages for years she is definitely a miracle worker. Working as a mechanic and a truck driver for years my body definitely took a beating she has managed to straighten me out back to pretty much perfect. Also all the staff there is friendly and polite service is prompt and proper and the sauna steam room facilities are second to none would highly recomend giving them a try I do not regret a penny I've spent here.

I came to banya in Edmonton for the first time couple days ago. All the services offered were excellent, with great attention to detail. Banya room had tea prepared, venik was soaked prior to my arrival. Change room/ resting room had tv and music playing. Amazing private banya experience. For treatment I had face massage with the owner Nadezhda, I am very impressed. I haven’t gotten anything like that in local spas. And for acupuncture I had Sahar, who is my overall favorite acupuncturist. Will only do acupuncture with her. Highly recommend Synergy!

Synergy Sauna and Spa is the BEST Spa in my opinion in Edmonton. The staff is incredibly friendly and right away make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed with a genuine warm smile. The atmosphere is clean and has a calming energy. The owner is very friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable and will pamper you. The products she uses there is no match for it in my personal opinion. I have used many other products but non as great of a quality as what she uses. My skin and body has never looked and felt better. She really takes the time to make sure she uses the right product foR YOUR skin. You will leave there feeling like a bran new person. I strongly encourage you giving this place a try. You will love it and big addicted. There is a sense of belonging. I have met and made some amazing friends there not only with the staff but with some of the regulars there at the Sauna. They have THE best Sauna!!! I never wanna leave every time I'm there. Suzette

The staff are so nice and friendly! I went here with my siblings and we had such a fun time. The sauna was so hot and I thought my skin would go dry afterwards but no in reality it was too soft. The icy cooling water buckets were a refreshing way to cool down after sweating out all the bad toxins from the sauna itself. I thought it would be packed but you get your own neat private room!! They have amazing refreshments too as there is detox lemon water and a really strong tea, it isn't watery at all (but it's so strong you have to add water to it, it's definitely full of flavour). We enjoyed it so much I highly recommend if you're looking for a place to relax and just have a quiet spa night with some friends or even by yourself :))

Loved this place, especially since all the rooms are separate. Everything is done beautifully, comfortably and, moreover, with a taste that only causes violent emotions :-) This is such an unusual place, as if you were caught in some kind of a fairy tale. I absolutely love this place. From the moment I walked in I was treated warmly. Nadia performed my treatments and it is awesome. She is knowledgeable and an excellent listener. She heard what my concerns were and we made a plan. She told me at the beginning her priority was to make me happy and she totally delivered. Very patient and explained the procedure so well. I am seeing such improvements and will be returning and recommending this spa! As well as they are offering sauna service, which is very relaxing and helps to reduce muscle tension and stress. It was amazing! They had so many cool gadgets that relaxed me so much. It was a laughing massage and a relaxing massage. Overall, it was incredible. 10/10 recommend. They also have a sauna blanket thing. Looks weird, but I heard that its extremely relaxing. Ok besides the point, go there right NOW it's so amazing, just go, go, go!

This highly educated and experienced RMT can fix any of your aches and pains. She's helped me through many injuries from being a full time RN. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I recently began seeing Nadia for my face as well, and I wish I had gone sooner! I have severe acne from these masks the past couple years, and in only 3 appointments, my face has cleared and I don't get any more pimples. Everyone I've met at this spa cares deeply for their clients. They individualize your care to meet your specific needs, and I truly feel like they are family in the way they provide. You will not regret trying them out. PLUS! THE SAUNA IS AMAZING. Take your spouse or friends to the sauna on these cold cold days ;)

What an amazing experience! Staff was so friendly and explained everything efficiently and thoroughly. The facility was the best I’ve ever seen. They are super clean and room was so spacious and very relaxing with your choice of music. They had a tea readily made for us and cold detox water prepared. They even offer a sweet cold bucket of water if you’d like after your session which was quite blissful after the sauna. Thank you so much! We will certainly be returning real soon!

I have seen Nadezhda a few times for skin care and massages, and it has always been a great experience. Her skills and knowledge as a RMT and a skin specialist with a medical background are just amazing, as is her friendliness! She has not only helped me with my back issue but she is always doing magic to my face. Yesterday I had an Absolute Pro-Age Complex by Academie and facial massage which left my skin bright, nourished and rejuvenated. I was so amazed by the result! My previous experiences with other spas ended with little or no results. I highly recommend Nadezhda and her beautiful and very clean facility with great energy!

I had a massage with Anna. She has tons of schooling and knowledge. I am a tall guy so my posture gives me problems at work since I carry a backpack and quad every day. Before we went with friends we had thought that opened an another sauna and how it turned out - no! I have not experienced such relaxation at russian banya for a long time: everything is very clean and tidy, the owners are wonderful people. I made sure once again that there are places in Edmonton where you can safely relax from the city. Friendly staff! Insanely hot Sauna!!! Thats a good thing! Neat water buckets to cool down instantly. (Just pull the chain) Fun. Neat steam room in which the benches and walls get hot to warm you. (Different) Nice and private. Completely sterile. They even get you to step on sterilizing mats to clean your sandals before entering. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

They have big variety of treatments: massages, acupuncture, manual osteopathy, reflexology, body contour wraps, advanced facials and MPS therapy. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
