Had a deep tissue massage there. It was great. Friendly service, complimentary tea/water. Was a great after-ski activity. Price was a bit more than you would pay in big city.

This is my first experience with massages. And let’s just say, I think they got me hooked now. I’m about to take a nap and I just finished having one! Soooo relaxing! My masseuse did a great job! And I actually feel a lot looser now. Been tight all these years operating heavy equipment! Thank you very much! I also like to point out the price is absolutely perfect I felt like I paid for what I got and more!

I had a friend surprise me with a 1hr massage today at Spa Jasper! Erin was working at the front desk and she has done an amazing job since gaining ownership of the spa during this pandemic. I felt safe, comfortable, relaxed being in the space today. Beautiful decor! Jessica was amazing to get a massage from! She was very talented and knowledgeable plus super easy to chat with. My whole experience was perfect. I definitely recommend Spa Jasper and will be back after lockdown!

Really enjoyed a couples massage here this past weekend for an anniversary getaway with my husband. It was so clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the massages were top notch! Also after doing lots of research I'd say this is the most financial friendly option for a couples package in the area. Thanks guys for such a lovely experience!

I went for a facial and massage at Spa Jasper and I can attest it was 5 star quality down to the smallest detail! Sooooooo good! I surprised my daughter with a trip to the salon for her 14th bday. Had such a wonderful time. Her cut was amazing and she loved it. The staff were so friendly and professional. This place has everything. If you even think of going somewhere else you will be wasting your time and money. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend

My husband and I both had fantastic massages with Jessica! When we visit Jasper we now book specifically with her. She is a very talented RMT. She helped my ankle so much from the work she did on it. The spa itself is very clean with a beautiful ambience and the reception and management were very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend booking a massage with Jessica!

My husband and I booked massages as a treat in celebration of our anniversary. The owner Erin went out of her to make an appointment work and even stayed late to accommodate us. We were massage by Jessica Murphy and Miranda Melnychuk both of which were incredible and knowledgeable and far surpassed our expectations! We left not only feeling pampered but they truly treated our pain and problem areas with professionalism and gave us suggestions to help in the future. We highly recommend both the spa itself and these therapists!

INSURANCE CLAIMS BEWARE!! Booked a couples massage and requested to have 2 RMT's as we had insurance coverage, after submitting our receipts only one was covered and the other was denied with the reason ''On the date the service was incurred, the provider was not an eligible provider of service.'' Upon following up with the spa about our issue we were first told ''it is what it is and there was nothing they could do about it... I asked to speak to the manager as we took all precautions to make sure this didn't happen by requesting RMT's, showing our insurance card upon arrival and being told we just needed to pay up front, submit our receipts and our insurance would certainly reimburse us... The manager said it was a very unfortunate circumstance however she was not willing to refund us for the amount our insurance denied because of their mistake, she then got very rude only wanted to offer us a discount on our next service which we felt was unacceptable as our last service wasn't covered we didn't want to take that chance again. Then she said she was only willing to refund $50 which we also refused and added we would no longer be welcome back to the spa because we had an issue with the service provided, as if we did something wrong... like we really want to continue supporting a business run like that!

From phone call to book (and Blair working magic to sneak me in ) Carly was so nice and professional and I swear she has 3 hands. Carly went above and beyond. When I came out to pay she has personally hand wrote directions for one of her favourite places to go think and heal. I highly recommend Carly and jasper spa. Kat blew me out of the water and helped me with some local hand made healing bracelets. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Today meant so much to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great facility and it's great that you can use the pool , steam room and Jacuzzi before and after. It was a great little get away from smoke in the air in Jasper. Matt has loosened all of my knots in the shoulders and back. If he was closer, I'd see him again.

Carli was so professional and accommodating. So glad I decided to book here on a quick visit to Jasper. I will be back in a couple months and will be back for sure! Super cute little salon and extremely friendly! The price is right too. I highly recommend them!
