I went to this place and in appearance is fairly nice. They have a proper set up. Unfortunately they use canola oil and baby oil for the massage. This totally ruins a good massage. The stuff dries your skin out so bad. The massage was average better then some I've had in the city but not great. I had a 90min massage and I was cut short by 20 min. So that's almost a 1/3. If you fixed the massage oil and time issue I would be back but until I'm sorry I will look elsewhere.

I’ve come her before(RMT was Angel) as it’s the second closest massage parlor to my place. My 1 hour appointment was at 8:30pm yesterday. I came in on time and 35 minutes into the message session - the RMT(Ana) - asked me if we could early as something urgent came up. I wanted the full hour session as I drove 45 minutes to get there but she gave me the look that I had to go! I understand if you have to leave but please have the courtesy to get somebody else to replace you. The worse part is when it was time to pay, Ana said that she’ll be giving me a discount by charging only $73 instead of $84 because we didn’t finish the hour mark. So I get a 35 minute massage and got billed close to the full price of a 1 hour one? It got really bad when she came over with the payment machine, and asked me how much tip she should add! I just wanted to leave this place and the moment when I was the exit door - I heard the two RMT’s just laughing with each other! It didn’t seem like there was something urgent going on and they just wanted to call it in early. In my all my time going to massage parlors I’ve never experienced something like this! I work in the service industry as well and I would never treat a customer this way. Please be more mindful of the service you provide as we, just like you, work hard for our money and can only treat ourselves once in a while for a massage.

Went in and didn't have to wait. Candy asked for a few details and if the pressure was enough, then went to work on me. It was the best massage I've had in quite awhile. Money well spent!

Nana Massage is such as an irresponsibility company, messed up the online reservation and just texted us that 4 appointments were cancelled at the last minutes without any alternative.

The RMT always look at her cellphone, and every time the doorbell ring she would stop(shes a receptionist too). I had a 60 minutes massage but she cut my time, she said a client is waiting for her in the next room. I paid for 60 minutes but it was only 45 minutes service.

I first visited Nana's the week that they opened and, unfortunately, there were still a few start-up problems so I wasn't too impressed. After recommendations from friends I tried again. FANTASTIC!! The girl- Cindy, I believe, gave a superb massage. The shower and facilities are spotlessly clean. Backwalking is available but not my thing. I left with a smile ;)

It's very nice place. As a shower lover, I like the big shower room. Feels very relax. Professional massages! I had different options to choose the massage oil. Personally like the coconut oil. I will come back again for sure!!
