After 20 yrs of a muscular skeleton injury that has caused great pain to me, Hanna came highly recommended. I've now gone to her 3 times, and without experiencing pain, sure some slight discomfort working old muscular scar tissue. I'm finally starting to feel capable again. Capable to exist without extreme pain, capable to start a strengthening exercise program, capable to move, lift, twist, run, jump without pain. I highly recommend this form of self care. Hanna has the right energy and touch for this magical form of treatment.

Hannah is awesome - she knows the human body so well! Her treatments have loosened my muscles a lot and I am chronically tight. I had never thought of stretch therapy before but it is way more effective than trying to stretch on your own. Besides doing great work, she is an absolute gem to be around and is very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend her services!

I have been to see Hannah for 3 Fascial stretch sessions now. It’s amazing. If you are looking to gain mobility, I highly suggest Liberating YEG. (She works out of a yoga room in her apartment building downtown. Well worth the drive) The visitor parking at the back of the Vibe Lofts building is also more than adequate, and its free!

Hannah is so personable and great at connecting throughout her practice. We started with some pretty modified workouts for me, due to a back condition, and have greatly strengthened my entire body in the process. With the help of strengthening and stretching with Hannah, and with my RMT and Chiropractor, I am so pleased that my back doesn’t throw out nearly as often. I’m so confident in myself and proud of my transformation. It’s always amazed me how Hannah can modify my workout right on the spot to adjust to my current needs. When I’m hurting or sore somewhere, she works with me to target the concern and we work it out! She is so knowledgeable in her field. Thanks for always keeping me accountable, Hannah!

Hannah is amazing and very professional. I used to have extreme shoulder pain due do my bad sitting posture and after the stretch therapy I started feeling realy good. Hannah took time to understand what I am going through and based on that she worked on my back with different stretch. Been living with back and hip pain for over 10 years. Working an office job for over 20 years has led to many issues due to sitting too long. Also been weightlifting for over 25 years and had mostly just learned to work around the pain. Been through many forms of therapy including massage, physio, acupuncture, dry needling, and several chiropractors. Hannah has helped relieve the pain that I've been living with for so long and has increased my mobility significantly. I'm definitely happy with the results!

I had never heard of it but it was a last resort solution after having a BRUTAL recovery from surgery on both feet. I had tried physio/reflexology/massage and constantly have to stick my feet in a tub of ice just for some relief. I felt almost immediate relief after seeing Hannah Joy and after failing the COPAT (fitness exam for correctional officers) three times due to my feet not allowing me to jump properly (my big toes wouldn’t bend properly), I passed with EASE! I’m definitely a believer! Everyone should try it...and don’t let the gentleness of the session fool you, fascial stretch therapy WORKS!

Hannah talked about her personal problems the entire time. It made me very uncomfortable. I don't think she was very focused and concentrated on the stretching. I tried a different stretch therapist and felt way better afterwards. I could tell that the other stretch therapist was much more skilled. I wouldn't recommend this business. It is your body, make sure you take care of it. Improper stretching can actually hurt you.

Hannah makes you flexible and free to move! I’ve always been inflexible and when my shoulders really started to ache, I found Hannah’s stretch therapy. Honestly, it’s the greatest therapy I’ve ever had. I’m stunned that Hannah not only is rapidly eliminating my shoulder pain, but I’m becoming flexible without yoga, massage therapy, or the “expert” YouTube videos I was following - all of which were ineffective. Hanna’s stretch therapy will be permanently in my self-care regime and I’ve recommended her to everyone I know.
