They treat their patients like criminals. Everyone is a liability to them. They don't recognize the power of CBD. They will interrogate and drug test you every step of the way. They will deceive you and waste your time. They will twist your words and paint you as a monster that is dangerous so they can strip you of your freedom. Don't be honest with your doctors. Lying about everything from the very beginning is the only way to have a chance of getting proper treatment. Best solution - dump Kaiser and get a PPO insurance plan so you can go to private clinics instead. Kaiser doesn't care about you and their .ental health department is despicable. I'll never have anything good to say about the for the rest of my life.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Dealing with this team is worse than dealing with whatever problems you are currently struggling with. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. This department needs reform. They must be incredibly overworked. Bless their hearts.

I just want to say that Lupe Licea was very professional and helpful during my call to Kaiser today. It’s not always that when calling a business you are spoken to in a kind and courteous manner and Lupe’s way of managing the call is one to be modeled. Thank you!

Don't waste your time and efforts. If you are deciding on what insurance to subscribe to during open enrollment and need mental health services stay away from Kaiser. They start out with making you agree that it is short term and make you agree to go away after a few sessions. I was told it is designed for emergency situations only. You can get unlimited access to group sessions but there are waiting lists for the group sessions and it may take months to get in and then they get rescheduled and put back on a list. I was given fliers to go outside of Kaiser for mental health services by Kaiser. The bottom line is that this is a failed and broken system.
