I made the 2 hour trip from Sylvan to Edmonton for my therapeutic massage and once again, I was not disappointed. This massage centre is everything you want. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Ashleigh was amazing! I felt so loose after my massage and she also gave me amazing tips on how to keep my body that way also. Great experience that is worth the trip!

I have gone to J3 several times now and love it! Kim is great and always makes sure the pressure is appropriate for you. I always feel better when I go and the prices make it much easier to go. No worry about a bad massage here, it is always good and affordable! Everyone there is friendly and make you feel welcome. Also no parking issues. Love this place. 

J3 I will admit is a 30 minute drive from my home; however I would Drive 3x as far to recieve such a professional therapeutic massage from this clinic. KimBerley is my regular therapist but today she was booked so my wife booked me with Susie. I would strongly recommend both of these therapist. I live with cronic pain and I will say my pain if around a 8 out of 10 but after my treatment its around 4 if not less. When I arrived for my appointment today I given a Birthday card from Kim WOW! Seriously such a classy organization. Seriously folks if you need relief give them a call!

poor quality, bed where armrest is was quite dirty, booked a therapist online for first visit and got a different one who was brand new and not good. I assume the rest of the people working there must do a better job judging by the good ratings.. this was just my experience.

Booked in with Chelsea on a whim due to some pretty extreme pain and it was wonderful. She's extremely professional and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable, explain what she is doing and why certain muscles are feeling the way they are. Immediately rebooked for a longer appointment within a week and have honestly haven't felt this good in YEARS! Do yourself a favour and get in to see her if you're feeling tight. Definitely will not regret it. 10/10

Awesome service and I finally found a place that gives GOOD deep tissue massage! I went and saw Susie and she was able to help with loosening up my hip flexors and she performed miracles with my rotator cuff!! Highly recommend!!!

With all of the crazy changes in the weather, my migraines have been a constant companion this fall/winter, so when acupuncture didn't give me the relief it usually does, I thought I'd give massage therapy a try. It was an hour very well-spent. Kimberly (my therapist) was a miracle worker, and you can tell she loves what she does. I felt so much better, and booked 3 more sessions before I left. Friendly, caring and professional staff who are concerned about your well-being - you can't do any better than that!

I have been going to J3 for just over a few years now. They have gone through a number of staff changes. The headrest was very uncomfortable compared to other establishments, I had to get a chiropractor adjustment after last message. I have not been back since then, they do great work.

Booked an appointment as i arrived recently from out of the country, however i unforunately got sick due to my travels. I also didnt have a ride to get to j3. After explaining the situation, there was absolutely no understanding and was told that im being charged a cancellation fee of $40. No courtesy what so ever, even after being here multiple times. Definetly dont recommend and will not return.

I have seen Micheal at J3 Massage Ctr for therapeutic massage several times now and am very impress by his knowledge, technique, and caring. He listens to the issues, as well as listens to the feedback the body gives him when it's working (or not) and makes every effort to make a difference. The pressure is always appropriate and lessened when necessary. He tries very hard to make sure I leave there feeling a lot less pain than when I arrived. It would probably make even more of a difference if I was able to go more often, their prices help with that a bit too. I am always appreciative of his kindness and caring. I just have to remember, no laughing!

The price is great and the student Massage Therapist was great. The room itself was a bit cold though and the noise from other parts of the building went through the walls so that took away from the relaxing environment. The massage itself was wonderful though :) I would just recommend they get heaters for their rooms and find a way to insulate each room so their clients can relax with peaceful music instead of hearing sounds from other parts of the building.
