I found this salon after moving to Hinton just over a year ago. I couldn’t be more pleased. Rachel became my go to person. She is amazing and always knows exactly what I need. She is super friendly and personable as well as highly knowledgeable and skilled! I highly recommended her.

They made a horrible mess of my son’s curly hair. However, that’s not the worst part. The stylist made him feel like a street urchin because he had knots in his curly hair, publicly humiliated him repetitively, and then charged us double. He gets his hair done on a regular basis in Edmonton, and treatment and ridicule like this has never been the case before or since. Plus, he leaves with a good haircut, not just shame and bad hair like he did from Insignia. There are 5 of us in our family and we will never step foot in this salon again. I’m sure they’ll try and justify their behaviour, but there is no justification for such treatment.

I was so impressed with the services I received at Insignia! I moved to Hinton in February and I have to say this visit to Insignia was not only the best experience I’ve had at a salon, but the best experience I’ve had in Hinton altogether! Krissy was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely cared about getting my hair just right. I absolutely love the touch up and colour she did on my roots...it looks so stylish! 10/10 could not recommend any more. Krissy was amazing. She worked so well under pressure. I came in with box dye black hair wanting to go red. This was a TALL order. I didn’t have the highest expectations as it’s such a huge change. She did amazing. We had a bit of a hiccup where my hair didn’t take to the red. She acted fast to make sure I didn’t leave without what I was hoping for. Great team atmosphere, she got some help on the second go around. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. The salon is well maintained, clean, great atmosphere. And the hair cut was on point!! Thank you again ladies! You gained a new forever customer! Bayleigh

Friendly and professional staff. The salon offers a wide variety of services to include various hair treatments, Cmani/pedi's, and waxing to name a few. Tara Lehouy was my hair stylist. I had my hair colored and highlighted. She was both professional and very knowledgeable. Marley Chatman waxed my eyebrow and did an excellent job as well. I would highly recommend this salon/spa.

Allison is my go to for nails. When I moved to Hinton I literally could not find anyone in town that would shape my nails proper, she’s amazing at shaping! I show her pictures and she slays it every time! Also, my nails are terrible for lifting... I haven’t had a set from her yet that lifted. I can’t give her enough credit for all she does. Amazing woman!
