Terrible staff, not to mention Dr. Soliman has a suspended license yet is signing off on medication management referrals for patients. Sketchy to say the very least. I’m not sure how this place is still open. Do not become a patient here

So far so bad. Not only did it take almost a month for me to be seen but then after I filled out all the paperwork on November 19, 2021, they tell me they don’t except my insurance. This was following a call that was to schedule me an appointment, the nursing assistant then says hold on let me verify your insurance. They kept me on hold forever and I had already been seen by one provider and now they are telling me my insurance is not accepted. I’m done you should not go here.

After going 6+ yrs, have had nothing but issues With Keeping PA's as they all go "On Leave" then never come back. Last visit Was an Appt they rescheduled with someone Else, where I'm emotionally ready on Monday but PJ was Gone, so was seen 17mins Late on a Tuesday & for only 15mins. Best Part is Meds been on for Years Were completely dropped & added Something else which isn't What helps & it's too low a Dosage anyway. Called 3 times, One message received back which said nothing. Left 3 emails to Doctor Detailing issues & absolutely no response. Beyond Angry, frustrated, & anxious which is the last thing any Psych patient needs.
