And I tried the Acupuncture also here I highly recommend Anna she is very knowledgeable and she focus on your health concerns. What a sweet lady she is, her energy vibe is very positive .

I've been seeing Dr. Lynes monthly now for the past 3 years. I first started seeing him because of persistent pain in my hip and lower back. I chose his office because of the amazing reviews as well as proximity to my workplace and my home at the time. At my first appointment, I felt very comfortable and welcomed, and I'm very happy that I decided to keep seeing Dr. Lynes. He is a great chiropractor to deal with. He is always super friendly and very helpful with any questions I might have. My condition has greatly improved since the first time I saw him, and I'm confident when I say that I will continue coming to Glenwood Sport and Spine for all my chiropractic needs. It is very challenging to find a Dr. who gets you, takes your pain away and constantly advises you on exercises. I got Dr Lynes and his great staff Bernice/Christine. I have been going to him along with my wife for years as I always believe in taking my car to one mechanic. No compromise there on that and my body. I recommend Dr. Lynes for a good chiropractic treatment and also recommend massage, acupuncture at the clinic.

This place my husbands and i new favourite massage!! He also gets chiro but I'm fortunate enough not to need it! Both are top of the line services, very welcoming, knowledgeable, clean and amazing services! We only discovered them mid-December and have already been there a handful of times! Their professionalism and office is the best. The lady who does my massage really does her job well, i felt the best I've felt in years after only one hour in her chair and to be honesty it was so replacing i think i fell asleep! Highly reccomended them and the best part is they direct bill!

Updated Review: I have since returned ongoing back issues. Over the years I have probably seen 20 different chiropractors. I can honestly say that between using the roller bed and the adjustments, I achieved in one treatment what would normally take 3-5 treatments with other chiropractors. I have one of the stiffest and sorest backs most chiropractors have ever seen. Many years ago, I had one of the best massages I had ever had, loosened me right up. I was good for a week; but life changed. I now seem stiffer than ever. My chiropractor told me to see a good massage therapist. I googled Glenwood Sport & Spine. They are close to my office, great location, easy access and free parking. Unbeknownst to me, this is where Ingrid now works. After 60 minutes she got my back moving. Her massages are deep and powerful and I think I fell asleep half way through. If you need a powerful, deep massage to get a seized back moving, this is the place to come and Ingrid is your lady.

From the misalignment's often associated with pregnancy, my car accident, over doing it at the gym or even a bad night sleep; the professionals here have been more than helpful. My wife and I have been dealing with this business after one visit for almost a year now after they failed to complete their end of insurance paperwork. With proof that insurance has issued them payment they continue to call regularly asking for their "missed payments" and have even gone as far as collection agencies. We no longer live in the area and have an impossible job to deal with the front staff (reception) about this issue who don't seem to understand it is their clerical error.
